I normally wear a 7WW, 7.5WW, or 8WW. This is a comfortable boot but at the top of the instep is pretty full. It needs to be just a little more fitted/tapered at the top of the ankle/instep area. Other than knowing the zipper goes on the inside of the calf, it\\\'s hard to tell by looking at the toe of the boot, which is left and which is right. I haven\\\'t decided if I\\\'m going to keep these or not. They are a great height at just below the knee.

I ordered 4 pairs of dressy sandals; I tried these on and knew the minute I walked in them they were for me. The sandal has straps that hold your foot in place, no slipping and sliding while walking. I had my knee replaced last year so I was cautious, but wore these to 2 weddings. I normally wear a medium width, but ordered wide in my normal size and they are the most comfortable dressy sandal I have ever owned. When I think of buying shoes, I always look on Zappos website before going to a store because of their speedy delivery and convenient return policy.

I am so excited to find Zappos! I live in a small town with NO narrow shoes. With your site, I have been able to build a \'shoe wardrobe.\' I just love this shoe. It is dressy and comfortable and very true to size.

I ordered this shoe for my daughter as she needed a leather soled shoe for her ballroom dancing class. It is demure, attractive, with a comfortable fit and just a little heel. I also have a black ballet flat in this brand. These shoes are cute and fit nicely.

Loved them, but had to return them. This shoe was exactly what I was looking for in a comfortable, well made, low heeled sandal. Everything was perfect except for the strap; it was way too short to buckle. I do have a high instep; however, I have never had problems with similar shoes in the past. Reluctantly, I sent them back but was very impressed with their quality and look; just not for my foot shape.

First of all, I am absolutely amazed at to the promptness of the delivery service. Both times after putting in an order, it seemed like the very next day the shoes arrived. The shoes were in their individual boxes with tissue, etc. It was great. I wear a size 10 wide or 10 1/2 medium, and I am sure you know those sizes are almost impossible to find. The selection at Zappos is excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

These shoes are marvelous!! My feet are very wide, so it is hard to find a fashionable shoe that is reasonably comfortable. These go beyond reasonable comfort! THey look and feel great! I really like Ros Hommerson shoes. Also--the customer service is spectacular, making shopping with Zappos a pleasure.

My shoes are wonderful. I had ordered two other pairs which were too small. (My feet have changed sizes.) I put these on and wore them all morning without any problems. Returns were simple and delivery on both orders was wonderful. I had never tried Ros Hommerson shoes before, but I will be purchasing them again.

I fell in love with the cheerful fuschia color and hung onto these sandals for months before admitting that they simply did not fit me. Ros Hommerson shoes run long, resulting in the leather rubbing against the sides of my toes and terrible blisters. It\'s a shame, because these sandals were stylish and well made.

I really wanted to keep these sandals. I ordered them in a 7, 6 1/2 and 6 1/2 wide, but none of these sizes fit. I think Ros Hommerson styles run too long for my feet, which I always thought were a perfect size 7. Maybe you\'ll have better luck.

These shoes are just too cool and comfy. I love them, heel height is perfect, look super gothic sexy to me. Leather is very soft. I wear an 8.5 in a regular shoe and an 8 in a wide, my feet are slightly wide. Ordered them in 8-W and they are perfect. Zappos is great and customer service is tops, thanks.

These are really good looking shoes. I got them in black snake. After reading reviews I bought a 9 which is a 1/2 size larger than I usually buy and found they were too large. 8 1/2 would have worked fine. They happen to be out of stock in my size but will definately order a pair if they get them in. Heel height is great. Detail is very nice.

Beautiful shoe. This shoe fits true to size; however, the sole is coming off the front of the shoe after 20 wears. Shoe is slick. Have fallen several times. Even bought the stickers for the bottom and shoe is still slick!

Don't fit me. I have feet that are wide in the front and narrow in the back. These shoes fit in the front, but the back is so wide, it felt like playing dress-up in my mom's shoes. I walked out of them every single step! Disappointing, because they're cute, but they just don't work for me.

These are really comfortable shoes. I've tried a lot of "comfort" shoes, and for me these really worked. The uppers feel soft around my foot, which has a really high arch. I did not have any uncomfortable pressure on the ball of my foot, which can be a problem for me, and after wearing them for a full day, my feet felt great. The style is versatile enough to wear with pants or a skirt. I'd recommend and will look for more shoes from this brand.

I have very wide feet and I am always searching for cute, fashion forward shoes because they are so hard to find in WWs. These are the ticket! Please Zappos, keep 'em comin'. Everybody doesn't wear a M shoe and we want to look good, too! I gave it 4 stars for comfort since I wasn't used to such a high heel.

Truly pretty, truly too long. Look at the enlarged views of this shoe in the Bone Croc Patent. It will serve well year round because its shading will make it dress up a winter grey suit and smokey blues, and more. It is made well, too. I've been on a forever quest for 10Ws, which I now find too narrow so I ordered these in 10WW. Was tickled to find the WWs for my Big Feet. These felt so good on, but are way too long; there was a huge gap between my heels and the heels of the shoes. So they're going back, but I hope the 9.5WWs in Bone Croc Patent that I jut finished ordering, I hope they fit because these have enough heel to not look like clunkers, and enough style not to look like "one more pair of plain pumps" and because I can use them year round with my grey or blue pant suits, and in warmer weather with more colors. Finally, I'm really hoping the 9.5WWs in the Bone Croc will fit because I am tired of only having black or brown pumps, which until now are about all I've found that even remotely fit me.

These shoes are nice looking and have a very comfortable foot bed. They fit well and I like the heel height. The patent leather trim bothered my foot a little bit at the opening of the shoe. Overall, it is a really nice shoe.

These shoes are one of three pairs which I recently purchased from Zappos. They are dressy, pretty, and comfortable. It's hard to find dressy shoes that are not a high heel. I ordered these shoes a couple of months ago. They are true to size. I have a hard time finding narrow shoes to fit me, and these are working out great. It only took a few times wearing to break them in. They are very comfortable, and the heel height is not too flat.
