Bought these for two of my boys and they were a great buy! Very comfortable and true to size. They look like two different shades of brown - unless they are in direct sunlight it is hard to notice that the upper part of the boot is a deep olive green.

I bought these boots for my 2½-year-old son. They are adorable on him and seem to be great quality. He doesn't love wearing them though. I'm not sure if it is because they are uncomfortable or because he's not used to them. They are heavier than his other shoes. They do not leave blisters or anything that I've noticed.

I discovered a year ago that a youth, size 3 roughly translates into a woman's size 6. Wicked awesome for me, as it opens a new vista of footwear possibilities! I bought these Ropers as winter wear for work (CS for a bank). I'm normally a stompy motorcycle boot kind of girl, but I've been on a Southern/county kick. These boots marry the two splendidly! They pair perfectly under jeans with my punky gear, or with a tiered skirt and tights. Even though the boots have a wide mouth and shaft, the instep is snug enough to keep your foot from slipping out. I highly recommend for both children and women with little feet like me!

These boots are even cuter in person than they appear online! Very durable, nice thick soles, just super cute. My guy is short legged, so I love the shorter shaft. They feel super cushiony/comfy inside.

My always-on-the-move 6 year old loves that he can slip into these boots and be ready all on his own quickly. I like the rounded toe. These boots look western when the top half shows but also look like plain boots when the pant leg covers the top. 2 looks in 1! They have everything a child's shoe should have: - soft flexible upper and lining that doesn't rub or blister (even if they are synthetic) - grippy soles that don't slip - padded, cushiony footbed to wear all day, every day - great fit and lightweight so he can run and jump without tripping - cool looks for him, reasonable price for me. Not what I was looking for, I did not realize they were all man made materials. I wanted a rugged leather pull on with a lug sole. I've had to spend more to get it, but these Ropers are in the return mail.

Love the boots, but watch out. I ordered my Grandson's second pair and after wearing them for 2 hours, the front toe material came off! This could be a defective pair, but be alert. I have returned them and will try another.

The reviews were true to their word. These boots are great! I was most concerned about the shaft height because my son is on the shorter side, and these were just right. Would definitely recommend these for dress or play.
