This style looked nice online, but looked cheap in real life. The zippers are very hard to manipulate. On one shoe it was almost impossible to unzip the zipper. Also, the suede was scuffed on the side. The heels of the shoes do not look like they are of good quality. Very disappointing. The suede does not have a "finished" look at the ends where they overlap. Overall this shoe looked like something you would expect to see at a low-end store, such as WalMart or Target.
I'd also recommend: Anne Klein, Nine West, Bandolino, Clark's, Fitzwell

I was very happy with both pairs of boots I purchased from Zappos. The sizes were true to size. The workmanship was very good. I would recommend Zappos to my friends and family.
