These are good looking shoes that are comfortable. I have narrow heels, and these shoes did not slip in the heel. I have tried lots of heels; these ones worked.

I was excited to find these Rockport heels with the description of all the comfort features. I was looking for nice-looking pumps that would be at least a little comfortable. When I put them on, I thought they felt fairly comfortable. I wore them out once, & after about an hour, they were very uncomfortable. My toes felt pinched, & I had a blister on the outer side of my big toe from rubbing. The shoes were the right size, they fit fine, just were not at all comfortable. I did not feel these shoes had any extra cushioning or support, despite the claims in the description. They are now worn, so I can't return them, but I will never wear them again. They look great, but feel awful.

Love these shoes. Very comfortable right out of the box (why I love Rockport) with a classic, professional look making them perfect for work. Bottom provides solid grip when walking on tile.

I have owned a pair of Rockport, and let me tell you they are the most comfortable shoes ever including orthopedic shoes! I worked 2 jobs and I stood 8 hrs for the second one and rockports feel like houseshoes, and when they finally wore out I took the sole out and put them in another shoe! I LOVE ROCKPORT..when I can afford them.

I must have tried on a dozen pairs of black high heels before finding these. They are extremely comfortable and look great. Nothing flashy but they're perfect for work and look great with pants or a skirt. I usually wear between a 7.5 and 8 and went with the 7.5, which fit just right. I'm giving it five stars just because I thought it was impossible to find a comfy black heel, but I was pleasantly proven wrong.
