We love the Sports Trunk Rimowa. It was really light, and we packed the trunk so full thinking it would be overweight, but it came out to be less than 50lbs.! Would consider buying another one in near future.

Love, love, love it. Three outside zipped pockets make all the difference to Rimowa's already superb quality and features.
The handle doesn't lock in between the fully extended and fully retracted positions. I think it's supposed to.

I love my purple Rimowa luggage. This is my third piece...looking forward to adding the fourth and having the complete set. It is lightweight, easy to pack, and rolls like a dream. I managed all three pieces and my carry on tote by myself on a recent trip. People are always asking what it is and where I got it and I tell them Zappos! This particular piece is perfect for a multi-clothes change weekend or that extra bag for a long trip. There is no excuse for not being properly prepared and with my Rimowa I can take it all!
This suitcase is definitely light weight and easy to handle. It also looks good. But it is not as sturdy as it claims to be. After one long haul plane trip, one of the corners was cracked - probably the result of incorrect handling. But then you cannot expect airlines to handle luggage with kid gloves. I would use this bag for car trips or as carry-on (a smaller size, obviously), but I will not be purchasing another one for airplane travel.

I love my Salsa Air! It is so pretty in this purple color and so light to move around. It also fits a lot!

This small suitcase is very light & easy to roll. As an older woman traveling alone, I found it especially easy to use. It is expensive, but if you want something that is truly lightweight, this is a good choice.

I shopped around for a 4-wheel "spinner" for quite some time, and I couldn't find a better one than this. It is light, has plenty of storage, rolls very well, feels durable and well-constructed, and looks great! The organizers on the inside are tremendously useful, too. You can open up the suitcase, and nothing falls out and it's exactly where you put it. The outside pockets are great, too. The lower pocket is perfectly designed to care an iPad snuggly. You can certainly find a less expensive spinner (check out Tumi and Samsonite), but if you compare them side-by-side, you'll see that this one is far superior.

Wow - what a great piece. After 20 years as a very loyal Briggs customer I'm converted. I'm mid trip with this tiny but very versatile baby and I'm very happy indeed. It just glides along, in fact it will run away from you on any sort of downslope - keep a finger on the handle to maintain control!

Very lightweight, stylish and can pack enough to last for a week. Money well spent. Zappos as always delivered very quickly despite the big size.
This is a great piece of luggage, it is well designed and well built. I travel a lot, and one thing I love about this bag is the ability to pack just a little bit more for those longer trips. Unfortunately, the extra space comes at a small price, it will not fit in some overhead bins. So far, every plane I have been on, it has been able to fit on at least one side of the isle, but if the larger over head bin is completely full there is a chance it may not fit on the smaller side (depending on the plane). I have never been hassled about the size by TSA or AA. I have had lots of luggage, and this is by far the best yet!

Absolutely the best luggage to travel with! My husband and I travel frequently and were tired of our heavy, 14 lb luggage. We found the Rimowa Salsa Deluxe to be lightweight and was easy to maneuver through airports/train stations. Unlike our previous luggage, our arms never tired from pushing, dragging this luggage. Another plus, the wheels are very smooth, even over rough surfaces! The luggage also held up well - a few scratches, but the major scuffs were removed with a magic Mr. Clean sponge!
Great suitcase - it was our error in choosing this too large size. I need something a little roomier than my usual 22" Rimowa carry on and we went overboard in this size. I'm going for the 26" - not carry on but a little less austere than packing the 22" for a 15 day tour of Turkey. This is a great case and you cannot beat the free shipping and returns.

am a road warrior (Delta Diamond and roll over miles every year). I never check luggage. If I can't carry it on, I don't need it. I have owned a lot of carry-ons. Including very high and very low end bags. This one is absolutely the bomb. I bought it thinking that I could send it back if the price was not justified. It is, and then some. I think the only thing I would change would be to add a grab handle at the bottom of the bag. But really, this bag is simply the best. It rolls with 1 finger. It can be packed super tight. The panels that secure your stuff means that when you open it every thing is exactl as it was packed. The external pockets are super usable for large and small items (they have to be pretty thin, but your small gear and paper work of any dimension will fit in one of the 3 zippered pockets. It is super light. You will not waste pounds on the bag. Plus, it is gorgeous. I mean drop dead sexy.

This is a great carry-on suitcase! I chose the violet color which is a beautiful color. It is the smallest Rimowa I could find which works well for carry-on. I am 100 percent pleased!

Terrific. So easy to push versus two-wheeled bags. Outside pockets are great for iPad, travel docs, etc.

I had ordered three different suitcases in order to compare them. To my mind, the Rimowa was the best of them; it was beautifully designed, with a lightweight, surprisingly flexible shell, and it was strong anough to withstand the rigors of airport.

These are exactly what I was looking for. They are tough and light. After a 2001 stroke I got my first polycarbonate (kevlar) canoe and was hooked on the material. They are overpriced but worth every dime. My only reservation is how long the zipper portion will endure. I ordered via the Internet in the perfect color for wife's 78th birthday present! Thanks Zappos!
The luggage is very light, and the wheels roll well. Great product. I read about the great customer service at Zappos. I had a chance to call them about this purchase, and the customer service is really exceptional.
Just got back from a 2 1/2 week trip to Europe and was amazed with my Salsa Air. It was so easy to travel with this bag -- both in terms of weight (as in seemingly adds nothing) and ease of use. Smoothest roller I have ever had -- takes no effort at all -- and it still looks brand new -- what looked like scratches rubbed right off. Even the Barcelona taxi driver who literally dropped it on the sidewalk couldn't damage it. Am looking forward to many more trips with this bag. It is more than worth every penny I paid! Thanks Zappos for carrying such a quality product.
