I anticipated the most comfortable boots in the world from all the other reviews I read, and while these are up there, don't expect athletic shoe fit and comfort. Do expect extremely soft leather with an amazing tone and super lightweight construction. These boots are very narrow and long cut, so if you are sensitive about looking like you have clown feet, stay away. They held up in the steady rain last night beautifully.

I am apparently in the minority here in my negative review. I liked the color and look of these boots in the photos. In reality, the heel looks very cheap, all of one molded plastic, i.e. no stack. My feet are wide, despite my thin frame, and these boots looked and felt terrible on my feet. I had to return them.

These are, without a doubt, the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. I can wear them all day walking in NYC. I would highly recommend these boots because of their quality, comfort, and style.

I love these boots… Put them on and they were comfortable from the get-go. I especially like the smoke color because they blend so well with so many outfits. And the heel is the right height for this 80 year old great grandmother.

I love these boots! I ordered the charcoal color because they didn't have my size in black. I'm glad I did! The color is unique and a nice change for my foot wardrobe. The boots are so comfortable! I have several pairs of Rieker shoes and they really are the finest quality.

Ordered these boots last night, they were on my doorstep by 3:30pm today. Couldn't wait to wear them, needed a color to wear with dark jeans and pants and the smoke color is perfect. Can't begin to say how comfortable, wear right out of the box they are, no need to break in and if they were available in black I'd have another pair. Zappos you're the best.
