About Reef
Reef sandals were born from the surf, sand, and the minds of two brothers from Argentina, Fernando and Santiago Aguerre. Fueled by their passion for surfing, and armed with a unique entrepreneurial spirit, the brothers acted on an idea to create a high quality, active lifestyle sandal. The two brothers founded Reef in La Jolla, California, and with $4,000 working capital, some hard work, dedication and some savvy marketing ideas, the brothers built Reef into a respected core surf brand by creating some of the best Reef sandals in the business.
The now internationally recognized company has always blended the cool and casual attitude of the beach with a commitment to nurturing the lifestyle that follows. At the core of the Reef are authentic, surf inspired products that have been worn by millions around the world since the company originated in 1984. My second pair of Fanning's. Super comfortable, even with lots of walking. Decent foot bed. Glow in the dark feature is muted, but nice novelty when working. As always, the bottle opener never ceases to amaze and is always handy in a pinch. One drawback, white gets dirty, but cleans up okay.
The best service and the free shipping is the deal that clincher for me.

Not quite as good as the old ones, but still way better than any other sandal design out there. They fit a little snug, so I'd recommend going up a half size at least.

Love this shoe. I\'ve owned three different pairs over the years. First pair I bought in Hawaii on vacation and someone stole them on a vacation in Virginia Beach. 2nd pair I wore almost everyday for 3\/4th of the year until the strap gave out while on vacation in New England. Ordered a replacement pair before making the drive back from vacation and they were waiting on my front step when I got home. Nice way to end a vacation! These flip flops are supportive and light. I had a pair with the opener on the bottom and find them to be a bit stiff and heavy. These aren\'t like that. They eventually form to your feet and offer decent support. A lot of flip flops make my back hurt and these do not. I recommend this shoe to all my friends.
Fits very well, leather footbed prevents it from wearing down too much from pressure points. Very comfortable...very smart looking. Recommend.
My feet measure at 11 and 11 1\/2, and an 11 fit me perfectly. These are very stylish. Unfortunately, some of the material has started to come loose on one side after just a few weeks. Some strong glue should fix it.
These are my First, and let me tell you; the only pair I will buy in the future. Worries of pain, don\'t think so, worries about not being thick enough, think not.
They are so comfortable, it\'s like wearing slippers. I wear them all day while shopping, and my feet never hurt. I would like them in all different colors.

This flip flop looks and feels great. While it's durability has not yet been tested over time a visual examination of it's construction would indicate a long life. The bottle openers on the bottoms work great.
It was tight at first. After walking around the house with it for an hour or so, the fit was perfect. Very comfortable!
I love these flip flops. They were comfortable right out of the box and stayed that way throughout the day. More comfortable than the expensive designer sandals I bought earlier in the summer. Bought another pair within a week so I'd have a back up.
I bought these for my husband. The fit was very good and comfortable. They have a bit of arch and are molded. I have two pair of Reef flipflops that have arch support so I already knew they were a good brand.
I bought these shoes for a wedding on a sailboat in Key West. They're just perfect for casual with a little sparkle. I have a lot of pain in my feet and was having problems finding something a little dressier than my usual Merrells. I can walk really well in these and they don't hurt my feet like most flip flop type sandals do. The rubber soles are great for the boat as well. Plan on wearing them awhile to break them in--the thong between the toes needs to soften up a bit to be really perfect.
