Zappos is the best! Ordered sneakers on Thursday at 4pm, delivered Friday afternoon. The fit ran a tiny bit small.

I love anything Puma and had just got a pair of these last month in the beige/gray combo, size 7 (even tho I am 6 1/2), fit is fine but on the red pair, they seem to tight and even after 5 wears, I am still getting blisters on back of my heel. They don\'t seem to stretch muuch so I would recommend a full size bigger. Also, they bleed red dye onto your socks so be prepared, still neat looking :)

These are all-time classics. They look great on your foot, and they go with everything from Ben Davis to a suit. Even growing up in Sambas, I wear these around now. Note: my foot's a bit wide, but take a 10.5 in these instead of my normal 10.

Even though this design is way retro, in terms of fit comfort and style it is totally up to date. It makes you want to move fast, while wanting people to check out your kicks! The service was good, and the price is right!

I love the suede Pumas, a complete classic. However, the price and availability can be hard to match up in most stores. Zappos always has the best selection and stable prices. Even though my wife swears by Zappos I had a few questions. What was the shipping wait like (do they really ship them out in the time they say; many places say one thing only to find out different)? Were the prices that good? How available were the shoes I wanted? What happens if something goes wrong? I easily found and purchased my newest pair of Pumas then after I received them (on time!), I noticed I had entered in the wrong size! I thought to myself "oh boy here we go". I called up Zappos customer service. They quickly sent me the new pair in the right size and overnighted it without charging me! Then I shipped the unwanted pair back. So easy it makes other vendors look silly. The only real question is why wouldn't you shop Zappos?

Okay, I bought this shoe for my 11 year old son in the red color. It is a great looking shoe and a throwback to my younger years when I remember Walt "Clyde" Frazier styling and profiling for the NY Knicks. Like all Puma shoes they tend to fit a half-size smaller than advertised for some reason. It is a nice looking shoe, but is not suited to the physical ed routine that my son participates in. He say's they're too heavy for running and jumping in. Oh well, kids, what are you going to do? Guess he never heard of Walt "Clyde" Frazier either!

I am loving my new shoes. I've had them for about a month now, and they are very comfortable, true to size, and best of all, really cute. I will say, they feel like they don't have a ton of arch support, but for my city walking, they are perfect!

These shoes are the best I've ever worn. Was that enough to convince you? No? These Puma The Suede's are beyond anything you could ever imagine in a shoe. They really do feel like gloves for my feet; the fit is perfect, and the black/white combo is sick. Looking for style? These shoes are for you. Looking for comfort? These shoes are for you. I don't know what I'd do if they stopped making these as far as shoes are concerned. Definitely top class shoe from Puma, and really, probably the only Puma shoe I've ever liked. As far as Zappos customer service is concerned, from what I've seen so far, it's incomparable. These people are top notch, they respond to your questions, and their free delivery both ways guarantee is almost unbelievable. I bought one product from Zappos and, even though I returned the first buy, they made me a VIP member, giving me guaranteed free overnight shipping. I ordered these at 1:40 pm on Thursday and received them at 2:30 pm the next day. The best online service I have experienced.

I love my Pumas, but most of all I love Zappos. They have an endless amount of styles to choose from, but most of all their customer service is wonderful. I recently bought a gift from them for my sister-in-law, but the size was to small. So I called customer service for help in getting this item returned and the corrected item sent out and they were truly amazing to deal with. Not only were they super friendly and courteous, but extremely efficient. By the time I hung up the phone a return shipment label was already in my email inbox and a confirmation email was sent regarding the shipment of the correct size sneakers. My sister-in-law got her new shoes the very next day. All I can say I think Zappos is the absolute best!

I got this Puma Suede from Zappos and it is super comfortable. I danced with this and it was awesome. It's almost perfect, if the white stripe which is made of suede didn't get dirty (I've sprayed over it). Anyway this shoe is the greatest shoe I've ever had.

Great summer knockaround, which works really well as a boat shoe. This style was made, I believe, decades ago. I wore this in college and always found them comfortable. They are sized as indicated and same for the width. The sole wears like steel. Spruce up the suede with a light brush.
