This is a very poorly made shoe. Even though it's on the cheaper end for this style, the fit is beyond terrible making it really uncomfortable. No amount of breaking it in would ever help. I couldn't stand being in these shoes for more than a minute. The shape also leaves too much space within the shoe which means your leg can just float around in it. Dislike.

They are cute to look at but not on your feet. The straps are too big around the ankle and bulge out.

I disagree with the other 2 that reviewed. I think this is a really adorable, comfortable shoe for the price. This one has a small gel insert on the heel. I felt it helped, and I didn't feel that this shoe was any less comfortable than one of similar quality. Also, I received multiple compliments on the shoe and I feel it looks more designer too!
