The bad news is that I got the food processor stuck to the power unit. The good news is that the Zappos customer service is terrific. I think I just had chance bad experience. The SmartStick itself is well made and a good buy for the money. The two attachments are cute and also very reasonably priced, but I don't think I'll use them much. The small processor attachment does not have any easy way of pushing material down to the blades and when trying to chop vegetables the blades sliced the bottom level and just spun. The SmartStick motor is stronger than I expected and the unit is handy for making smoothies; just insert it in a tall glass of fruit and press the button...nothing else to wash. It's a good kitchen tool.
