The flip-flops run small, I wear a 9.5 and they fit my foot exactly; I like them a bit larger, since the rubber sole tends to wear out really fast. You wouldn't want your foot to touch the ground once that happens, there has to be at least an 1/2 inch buffer. Havaianas Slims seem to be comfortable, but what you see is what you get - they are very thin, though certainly prettier than most rubber flip-flops. Still, they are ridiculously overpriced. Overall, a 3.5-star rating. Order one size up!

Havaianas brand flip-flops are the best brand I have ever worn. They are totally comfortable and I wear them constantly! I purchased several pairs at the same time. I wear a size 7 shoe & the size 35/36 fits perfectly.

I live in Havaianas in the spring through summer...they're the only flips I can wear and not walk out of. The "TOP" style is certainly more comfortable, but "SLIM" offers a more feminine look. I can usually get away with a pair for about 2 years...the sole doesn't really "wear out". Havaianas are made of a RUBBER instead of FOAM, so they feel better on your foot, last much longer, and are easier to walk in than say those cheap foam ones from other retailers. I wear a fairly consistent women's 8.5 and my 5 pairs of Havaianas are all 39-40 (US 7-8, EUR 41.5)-as written on the Havaianas sole. The SLIM style does feel like it runs smaller than the standard TOP style. If you live in flips, these are well worth the price.

These are the only flip-flops I wear now. Got my first pair a few months ago and have 3 now. Extremely comfortable. Wore a pair in Cancun and walked 2 miles in them one day. My feet never bothered me. Favorite color is the gold. They DO run short. I usually wear an 8.5 shoe and I get these in the 39/40. Perfect fit!!

I love Havaianas. I have given them to all the women in my family. They are comfortable, sleek and feminine. I always have to get the size 9, though in shoes I wear an 8.5. Every year they come out with new fun colors and this gold is very soft and goes with anything. There's another brighter gold which is great, too (my dog chewed mine up). I have them in several colors and they are just fun to wear and so very easy living in a hot climate. Love Zappos, too!

I don't understand what the hype is about these flip-flops. They are okay, but not buttery soft, or incredibly comfortable. The look is sleek and flattering. But the comfort is so-so, not stellar, size 37/8 is a bit large for my size 7 feet, but they do not come in half sizes and figuring out what size to order was difficult. The price is high for just a flip-flop that really is not that special in any respect.

The Havaianas were exactly as expected, but what was unexpected was the speed in which we received the order. I placed the order late one day and received them in the mail the very next day!

This is my second pair of white slim Havaianas. I'm replacing a pair that I wore almost daily for two summers. The slim band nearly eliminates tan lines on your feet and the foot bed is firm enough to walk on my gravel driveway and not feel the rocks. Love them.

Excellent! I have always been a Reef fan, and didn't think I would ever love any other flip flops. These were great and the slim version looks great with dresses. Super comfy, too!

Really poor quality control. I'm a size 8 and I bought the Havaiana regulars (not slim) in U.S. 7-8. The shoe was comfortable but a bit too big: a little loose and about 3/4" too long in back. Having been warned about the inconsistent sizing, I ordered two more pairs of Havaiana slim in 37-38 (US 6) and 35-36 (US 4-5). (Zappos didn't have the regular model in a smaller size.) Now I'm more confused. Despite being clearly labeled as 37-38 and 35-36, the two pairs of Havaiana slims were exactly the same size! Except the sole of the smaller sized pair is 1/8" thicker, probably a manufacturing defect. Now I have three pairs of flip-flops and none of them fit. Pretty ridiculous for flip flops at this price! So, if you want to try Havaianas, be ready to try on lots of sizes and probably do lots of returns!

Brands I'd also recommend: Old Navy flip flops; try them on in the store, spend 5 bucks and you\'re done!
