I exchanged the original sandals for this pair because the adjustable toe strap allowed this pair to fit my toddlers chubby little kid feet. The shoes are stylish and comfortable, and water proof. I bought them as a dressy option when my almost three year old son isn’t in his keens or crocs. But you know how it goes with kid shoes, even dressy ones take a beating and we ended up at the playground a few times while wearing these. He was comfortable and as active and he is in other pairs. I bought this pair after deciding against the more expensive and not water friendly birkenstocks. I think it was the right call.

These are adorable. I bought them in brown, in a size 5 for my 14 month old boy who wears a size 5 in Jambu & See Kai Run, & they run true to size. My son loves them. When I put them on him, he smiles and laughs! He has pudgy feet & we have to have both buckles on the widest settings, but they work & look so cute!

These are the best little kid sandals! They are salt water friendly leather so they hold up to running on the beach, in the ocean, and racing around the boardwalk. The unisex design allows for easy resale as well. This is the second year that I have bought these for my son and he loves them because they are comfortable and they have never given him blisters! They hold up well enough for him to use them for dress shoes as well. Both sets of buckles are adjustable so wide or narrow feet find a home. Can't say enough good things about these shoes!

I bought theses for my almost three year old son after trying a different model that did not have the adjustable toe strap. These fit much better on his chubby toddler feet when I adjusted the straps to his size. The sandals felt true to size (9 toddler) and have been a favorite. I meant for them to be a dressier alternative this summer to the Keen Newports my son never takes off, but he loves them so much we wear them more often now. I still prefer something more protective and supportive for very active play, but we ended up wearing these to the playground on an unexpected trip and my son was able to be just as active and comfortable climbing etc. I had originally wanted to buy him Birkenstock Roma sandals - matching mommy's Arizona's even though it's a splurge, but these par are water friendly and more affordable. There isn't as much arch support, but for growing feet it's better to have a sole that doesn't have to conform just so. Overall, this was a good purchase and I will return to salt water sandals with all my kids in the future.
