I bought these for my husband for Christmas. He always looked at my UGGs askance and I know he would not have bought them for himself, but now that he has his own pair he is sold. There is nothing more comfortable in the entire world. They do run a little big and we had to return the first pair for a smaller size. Of course, Zappos was awesome on returns and such for no charge!

Excellent fit and just the right height for pants, also slips on better than the taller style. Many women have different ankle and calve sizes and the Ultra Short fits well.

Brands I'd also recommend: This Ugg boot pairs nicely with Merrell, Encore Ice (SKU: #7659816), sheepskin lined mule and has wonderful arch support and foot bedding.

I have to admit that these boots are so far the best pair I have ever owned. I was afraid to wear any series from Ugg since they are expensive and somewhat not "manly". But if you know how to wear them well, meaning that no tucking pants in, they look great. Of course, they are super comfortable and keep my feet warm. Besides the quality of the shoes, I am really impressed by Zappos customer service!

My husband LOVES these easy to slip on and off warm boots. Great for running quick errands in the winter! His feet do get hot if worn for a long time. He wears a 9½ and we got the 9, which was a little snug at first but great now. He wears them without socks.

I bought these boots for my son after trying on a pair of mine! They kept his feet warm and are comfortable. They are true to size. If you are a 1/2 size, go with the size smaller.

Love love love!! Every year I get my husband a new pair of Uggs from Zappos, and every year he loves them.....Especially these ultra short black ones. He wears them EVERYWHERE...and I mean everywhere. I love them too, they're cuter than the regular ones I think. He normally wears a 9 1/2, so I bought a 9 and they fit perfect. Uggs run about 1/2 size big, comfy either way.

This is just a quick, throw together review. My main reason to have these Uggs is ease, simplicity, comfort, and to save time. They are not so much to wear out...unless a quick run to a store, to the park with the dog, beach...etc. Comfort: They are warm and comfortable. I tested them while standing and working on a cold concrete floor. Outside temp was in low 30s...and I'll assume the floor was maybe a hair warmer. Toes started getting cold within a half hour without socks on. I lasted another hour before walking around to create some heat. Next time back to the cold floor I wore socks...and stood on a piece of cardboard to add to the insulation. It helped a bit and my toes did not get cold as quick…they got cold…but delayed. Simplicity and non time consumer. Like summer...I like to wear flip flops…no socks required...slip on... and you're good to go. The Uggs allow you to not wear socks...slip on. Unlike flip flops, you can drag your foot (i.e. kneeling while working in garage...toe is dragged on floor), walk out in wet conditions, through snow. I have been comfortable in these boots walking through snow covered trails with the dog. Barefoot is better...when wearing socks and walking trails, my socks eventually worked their way down. I've also put them on with wet feet after using a hot tub. It served the purpose very well…I can't wait to put use them after going swimming…then again…it might be flip flop season. Size. I wear an 11 or 11-1/2 size shoe...depending on manufacturer. These 11 size Uggs fit well with a bit of movement. Guys...you'll probably get made fun of by your friends. Who cares...they are worth it. I'm going to put these suckers to the test and beat the crap out of them...I'll follow up with a review sometime...enjoy.

This boot is really comfortable & warm. It is "in style" for my teenage son. They are very weather, water resistant, as well. It was great to find a boot that wasn’t too huge for my son’s size 15 foot. Thanks for Zappos free shipping to & from that really helped us find that right boot. Your customer service is great! My husband has refused to get UGGS for years because they look "ridiculous." Got him the Ultra Short for Christmas this year and he LOVES them. They look more structured than the traditional UGGS and have a great lug sole. He normally wears a 9.5 and the size 9 fit great.

I purchased the men's Ugg Ultra Short boots for my husband for Christmas. He absolutely loves them. He had been using his Bearpaws for the last 6 years and I wanted to upgrade him to a pair of quality boots. There is a difference between Bearpaw boots and Uggs. My husband states these are much warmer and the fit is more snug. Also these boots have a 2" bottom lugged outsole, which is thicker (made for traction and slip resistance) than the classic short. This is my second purchase on Zappos and have to tell you their Customer Service is #1. Their delivery service is either within 1 to 2 days, no shipping or tax fees, 365 day return service (if item is not worn) and they have the most outstanding, friendly customer service than any other on-line store. I highly recommend Zappos!

Zappos, again superb job in sending these so quickly. My son loved these. Although like what a lot of the reviewers have mentioned is that you need to buy a size smaller than what you normally wear. They are great quality and super comfortable.
