Privo by Clarks

This is the second pair of these shoes that I have purchased. I almost always get compliments when I wear them! They are great for when you plan on doing a lot of walking but don't want to wear a hot athletic shoe! I have gotten these shoes soaking wet on water rides at theme parks and they dry beautifully and maintain their shape. I also have a wider foot and these were comfortable from day one!

I bought this in black and got the narrow width. The shoes are still pretty roomy and if they stretch out any, they will be too wide. For now they are great shoes.

Ordered these in the gray, same size as my P-Tequinis (8M). They are adorable, and feel every bit as comfortable, but feel at least a half size smaller (shorter) than the P-Tequinis. I'm returning them, but I'm not too unhappy because in the intervening days, the new P-Tequinis I've been eyeing went on sale. Whee! Thank you, Zappos, for making returns so easy and me so happy.

I bought these to replace my older version of the same shoe which I had for over 5 years and were a little stretched out. This new version is styled a bit different, but run the same as the old. I bought 1/2 size smaller than my normal size, and they fit perfect. I'm hoping they last as long as my old ones, which I wore constantly and thru in the washing machine to clean!

Adore these shoes. They are very comfortable, with decent arch support. And so very cute!

Ordered this along with the Skechers Biker Verified in a similar color. Much prefer the Privos, but alas, the 7.5 was too small, and the 8 is not available. Of course, the 8 in the Skechers is too big. I can't win for losing. I have a black pair of Privos for winter and I love them. I was looking for something summery to walk in on vacation, so I don't have to lug my running shoes around. These will be perfect when I can find them to fit!

Ouch! Because these run small, the lateral strap at the front of the shoe cuts right into the widest part of your foot. Since I planned to wear these constantly on an extended trip, I will not be keeping these. My advice: order up a size.

I don't usually mind sandals that have a between the toes strap, but this one was way uncomfortable. I had to go back. otherwise, very cute sandal.

So glad I bought these! I was hesitant due to the price and the fact that they need to have the strap fastened every time you put them on. They are the most comfortable thing I have ever worn on my feet. The shiny top makes them dressier than some sandals. Love them!

These sandals are true to size and very comfortable right from the start. I was looking for vegan sandals that weren't too sporty so liked the style of these. Another reviewer stated that it says "leather" on the heel strap. In fact, it says "man-made leather", so if you're opposed to wearing animal products, I think you're safe with these. The bad news is I only had these a few weeks and one of the straps started detaching. Maybe it was just defect in this one shoe, but it didn't fill me with confidence in durability, so I exchanged them for another brand (which Zappos made super fast & hassle-free!, even though I didn't have the original box).

Wow, what's happened to Privo? I own at least 6 pair and love them, but just realized they're all over 3 years old. Every pair I've tried this year lacks a good arch, and all are too wide in the forefoot and heel. They've fallen out of first choice for me.

I had similar pair last year and nearly wore them out so ordered these. Great looking shoes, very comfortable and the fit is true to size!

Very comfortable but the sole is a little hard. It's nice to have a slim strap look and still have support.

I'm on my 4th pair of these Privos. I wear them everywhere--they are more comfortable than my athletic shoes. My only complaint is that when they wear down they develop an irritating squeak. They still look good, but they squeak. then it's on to my next pair.

Comfortable. I love the velcro straps. Never owned Clarks before. Will buy again. Very cute shoes. Wear them almost every day!

Nice, stylish, comfortable right out. Make my big 11 feet look smaller, which is always big plus.

Love these sandals! I wasn't certain I would like them but ended up with 2 pairs. They are comfortable, stylish and easy to wear. I highly recommend them...you won't be sorry.

So comfortable and love that they come in wide! The sole massages your foot. Great with or without sox.

I purchased this shoe to replace my 3 year old Privos. The sole is made of a spongy material which makes it comfortable, but it is a different material from my previous Privos. It doesn't seem as sturdy. When I wore them outside, I began to notice some wear/tear in the toe area, so I'm using them for indoor wear only. I love Privos because they use fabric between the toes, not that hard rubber that rubs your toes. Remember Privos have a bumpy footbed you have to get accustomed to. I normally wear 6-1/2 and the Privos 7 fits perfectly.

As comfortable as tennis shoes! I can stand in these shoes all day without my feet getting sore. And they're super cute, to boot! Just the right mix of casual & stylish -- they will go with almost everything.
