I had a Dr tell me to try these over going with a full blown orthodic. I had a ton of foot pain as I do commercail sales and I am always on my feet. These little puppies made a huge difference in the amount of foot pain after a long day. I have also tried the Superfeet as well and those worked great as well. I refuse to wear a pair of shoes that I cannot put either in.

Exceptional deal as these were the exact items I bought at the foot doctor. Foot doctor was more than twice as expensive and I couldn't tell the difference.

As a kickboxing and step instructor I always need more than the factory insole in any pair of shoes I buy. Powerstep Pinnacle extends the life of my shoes so I can go a year instead of six months before throwing them out.

Excellent, high-quality product. I purchased the Men's 10-10.5 size for a size 10 shoe (shoe is probably 1/2 size larger than marked). Is a good fit in the shoe, but required removal of stock insole. Superb arch support and cushioning. Very comfortable.

I'm on my second pair of these inserts. I use them in my work shoes Mon.-Fri. about 10 hrs. a day and my back and knees have never felt better. I personally would recommend to people who have flat arches, these give plenty of support.

I got these to help with my plantar fascia. I've been wearing them about a month and it seems to be helping. Very comfortable and supportive.

I have very sensitive feet with a high, rigid arch and a narrow heel. I also have frequent lengthy bouts of plantar fasciitis and debilitating ball of foot pain. I have spent a fortune on prescription orthotics that were either too hard, too slippery, or had inadequate support. This is the first pair I've found that put that "spring" back into my step to support my high arch, WITHOUT putting undue pressure on other parts of my feet.

These orthotics were recommended by my orthopedist. I find them so comfortable I have them in my everyday shoes and my slippers. They help very much with relieving the pain in my feet.

Excellent insert/orthotic from now that the only one for me great arch and heel support do nothing for neuroma--you need extra for that condition!

These were listed as high cushioning and comfort, but did not feel that way to me.

It's a great insert to replace the existing. I'm an overpronater and I need good arch support, these feel amazing. I use them in my workout shoes and I have happy feet now.

Powerstep Pinnacle insoles have a high arch that just doesn't work for me. The arch in this insole seems to rise up suddenly, quite high, and then disappear in my shoes, it feels like standing on a bouncy ball. For me, it feels like part of my arch is lifted up too high, while the rest of my arch isn't being supported properly. Superfeet Green and Superfeet Green Wide work better for my feet... Superfeet Green and Superfeet Green Wide have a firm arch support, but it supports the arch over a more gradual and longer rise, so that I feel like my entire arch is being supported in Superfeet Green. I have tried Powerstep Pinnacle, Powerstep Pinnacle Max, and Powerstep Original, and they all have the same problem for me... the arch just isn't in the right place for my particular foot. I have a high instep, and moderately high arches, and I do need arch support, but the Powerstep brand just doesn't work for me. This info may help someone else: The Powerstep insoles in Women's size 9-9.5 will fit in a women's shoe size 8.5 or 9 wide. I tried them in both pairs of shoes. It doesn't quite fill out the toes of the shoes, since they are wide shoes (D width), but they still fit OK. Good luck!

These transformed me from being a person who cried with every step I took to someone who was happy to walk! I'm so glad they fit in the shoes that were making my feet so miserable.

Really helps as inserts in my shoes. I've been using the Powerstep Pinnacle insoles for years.

These reminded me of custom orthotics I had years ago - well constructed and they probably would have worked well if they had fit my foot. I have a very long heel so my arch sits further forward than the arch placement in most shoes allows for, and it was the same problem with these. I only gave them 4 stars because they are described as cushioned but they are as hard as a rock, definitely not cushiony comfort. If they are the correct size and shape for your foot, they would really give good support.

These are the best arch supports I have had in years! These fit in to my shoes under the shoe footbed, it doesn't take up much room, so I can leave the shoes regular foot bed in the shoe. This Powerstep SlimTech 3/4 has excellent arch support, and has gotten rid of my plantar fasciitis. I do hi/lo impact aerobics and when I put these arch supports into my mid-high aerobic shoes, my feet feel good both before and after class. Love these! I have broken one metatarsal in each foot and got these for foot support. I have found them comfortable and effective. I completed a 10 day Arctic hike, with no foot problems.

Awesome! I've tried other orthotics, including custom made, but none can compare to the fit and support of the Powerstep Pinnacle.

I take the inserts out of my aerobic shoes and put these in. They're great for my flat, pronated feet. Love 'em!
