Polo Ralph Lauren

My fiance ordered these for our wedding, it's a beach wedding on Maui, and his groomsmen are also ordering this pair. We ordered his normal size and they were huge so I'm hoping that the fix that the other reviewer suggested does the trick!

I had been on the fence about this shoe for close to two weeks. I was not sure if I should purchase this, or if I should wait until a pair of grey Polo Ralph Lauren Faxon Low to come in stock. Thankfully, my impatience paid of greatly as I love these shoes. A few things to note: 1. They are very easy to break in and are quite comfortable. 2. The shoes come with an optional set of khaki colored laces. 3. Expect people to be impressed with how stylish these shoes will look on you. Unfortunately, a couple of issues kept me from giving these shoes a perfect score. For one, the laces that are originally laced in the shoes can (and will) stain the sneakers with an orange-like color. So, the optional khaki laces are more like mandatory laces, if you want to preserve the quality of the shoes (you really should just re-lace the shoes the moment they enter your house, just to be safe). Also, the default laces are not durable at all. On my first day of wearing them, one of the laces snapped apart as I was simply trying to fasten the shoe to my foot. Needless to say, the advertised laces are practically worthless. However, the khaki laces truly go well with the shoes, and in no way make them look any less stylish. Secondly, the pair I purchased, oddly enough, had a small (about 1/4 an inch long, 1/10 inch wide) grey stain etched near the top of the shoe. At first, I thought the pair was used, but upon examining the bottom of the shoes, they were so clean you could practically eat off of them. Thankfully, I wear a lot of jeans, so this small stain is unnoticeable. Overall, I'm truly glad I purchased these, and cant wait to get the most out of them.

Not very comfortable to wear. Squeaks when I walk. Feels very cheaply made. Not what I expected from a pair of RLP shoes.

I was afraid that the size will be small but thankfully they are like I have already tried it at the store. They are comfortable, flexible and formal.

Great shoe, and as always, great service. Size is always hard to compare across brands, but I normally wear a size 13/14. I ordered a 14 and it is the slightest bit big, but I am wearing these without socks and I like it that way. Very good shoe overall.

I bought a pair of these Polos about a month back, and I love the style, comfort and durability of the frame. The tortoise finish goes with everything!I spend my days 50/50 in the office and out in the field, so the shades get a lot of use.Love 'em!

I got these, after about six months the leather came apart from the rubber on the sole. They came apart. I really liked them when they were wearable, though.

I love these boots. I felt I had to write this, because the previous review says the boots fell apart after wearing them 3 times, which is ridiculous. These boots are very well made and are exactly what I was looking for. The leather laces took some getting used to, because they're harder to tighten up, but they're wearing in nicely and look great. The only issue I had is common with closed-toe boots, which is not enough breathing, and resulted in athlete's foot. I took a 5/64" leather punch, and using a wooden block on the inside, I punched decorative holes where the tongue and toe meet; it worked like a charm. The boots are a little wide or larger than I'm used to, meaning my toes are where they should be, but there was a lot of room for my foot to take up. I added a comfortable insole, which helped take up that extra room, and now they fit perfectly.

These guys have out of sight customer service. I caused a problem and they took care of it in the most pleasant and efficient manner. Shoes were just as described. Recommend without reservation.

These are great, good looking, well fitting shoes. In general, the shoes may run a drop large, but my son threw in his orthodic and the shoes fit perfectly. They have a nice color with the white contrast sole. He wears these shoes with his uniform for school which is dress slacks and a white shirt, and I have to say they look great. Decent price point for a Ralph Lauren shoe.

I ordered these on the previous review that said these run a size big so I ordered an 11 (normally 9.5 or 10) and they were big. They are true to size, not one bigger.

I purchased these shoes to wear to a wedding the same week... so I was pleased to find the size was accurate and the shoe was exactly what I expected. Not having any time to break them in before-hand, I was also impressed with the comfort of these sweet kicks. I wore them for 10 hours+ with no socks and my feet felt great all night. An added bonus to buying and wearing these shoes is the extra attention you'll get from all of the ladies who appreciate a well shoe'd man. Wink wink.

Pretty nice, the sole gets dirty very fast (after 1st wear) but get a lot of compliments on them when paired with some khaki shorts and polo shirt. Not an everyday wear of course though.

These run really small. My son is consistently a size 8, but needs a 9 or 9.5. Very handsome and comfortable, though.

Handsome shoe! Runs about half a size too big though. Just get an insole if going sockless. Con is that the support sucks.

Overall a nice comfy shoe. Feels narrow at first but stretches after wearing them a few times. Looks great with slacks, jeans, or shorts. Very versatile shoe.

They are pretty nice shoes, but be warned, they do not come with laces. This is, however, how they're meant to be worn according to the Zappos chat person.
