So comfy and looks even better in person! These shoes are def. an attention grabber! It’s so hard to find shoes that look as good as good as they feel! AND they came in the cutest box with handles that double as a tote! I will definitely buy more Poetic License shoes in the near future. (From Zappos of course) LOL

I wish I could be as positive about this shoe as the first review! When I saw these shoes on the website I fell in love with the bronze and ordered them. I ordered a size up as with sandals or open toes as I always do. When the shoes arrived they were amazing to look at, again I fell in love, but...when I put them on the thong fit strange like it is made really short, hard to explain. The shoe size is not the problem it is the thong, but I would order up. For me they hurt a little. The strap on the pair I received is very hard to work with, as far as putting on and off. If you do not mind all of those possible problems, they are one of the cutest sandal styles I have ever seen. I would love to keep them but will have to send them back, very sad.

I returned these. The pink pair looked so cute online that I bought them for my honeymoon but as soon as I pulled them out of the package, my fiance made a frightened look. The flower is much larger than I thought it would be from the picture, and I found the piece that goes between your toe SO uncomfortable. My coworker who is also getting married bought them at the same time as me, and also returned them for the same reasons.

BEAUTIFUL shoe! Very elegant, fun and unusual all rolled into one. I am sure I'll be raking in the complements when I wear them out tonight. The straps and roses are placed in a manner that flatters my pedicure and makes my toes look tiny and perfect. They definitely run true to size, I usually wear a 7.5 and the 7.5 fits perfectly, no overhang but not much excess either. If you are a half size like me and they are out of your size, I'd recommend ordering the next size up instead of going down. The soles aren't padded except for the area bearing the brand name on the heels, so I don't know about wearing them if you will be standing for a while, but they are comfortable enough for walking around. I got the silver ones; such a versatile color, and I love the way they show off my tan and slenderize my legs. Ordered yesterday night, here it is just past noon and I am wearing them. Got to love Zappos!!

These shoes are absolutely gorgeous. I'm 67 years old and I'm going to go dancing. These are probably the most expensive shoes I have ever bought, but worth every penny. I love the sole. So many shoes have the rubber soles and they are impossible to dance in. I love, love these shoes.

Love these sandals! I've gotten compliments each time I wear them. With thong sandals there is often a risk of it being uncomfortable between the toes; not with these! There is no cushion on the sole so after a 12 hr work day, I was ready to take them off. But you will not get tired of wearing them!

I was looking for Hot pink shoes for a certain dress. They are even more beautiful in person. I wore them with that dress and now I wear them with white pants and capris. The shoes run a tiny bit big. I am normally a size 7 and I could have used a 6 1/2. But it wasn’t a big deal enough to exchange them. They are super comfortable and very well made. They are an attention getter but in a fantastic way. Love them and wear them often.

Floral-printed, polished cotton with a spray of black silk flowers attached and a basket-weave heel work towards creating a retro looking summery shoe that begs to be noticed! Comfort & style come together to make this sassy little shoe a great addition to your spring and summer wardrobe. This shoe works with dresses and capris - but would look fine with the longer shorts currently in style as well! I have them in understated black, but imagine the pinks flowers would add an additional air of whimsy.

Adorable Shoe! With the high heel your feet slide forward into the peep toe and if you don’t put protection on the underside your toes get cut in and VERY sore. But it's workable and these are adorable shoes! Excellent sole pads and cushions for comfort!

These shoes are so cute!!! I have had such good luck in general, when I purchase from Zappos. I really like the fact that I can get shoes that I would never see on the racks in my city. These show are so sexy, with the peep toes, and the rose, but also very comfortable to wear. They are true to size, and I tend to have a wide toe area, but they felt great after wearing them all evening. They have flexibility, and the leather seems to be of good quality. I especially like the uniqueness of this shoe. Why wear conservative shoes for a night out? Let some of your inner fashionista show!

I love, love, love these shoes so much that I bought them to wear to my wedding (wedding dress is knee length in front and longer in back). They are so beautiful and comfortable and they are most definitely making a "statement".

This shoe is SO cute online, but the leather looks cheap in person and isn't soft at all. I wanted to send them back after I opened the box. I should mention that the strap slipped off my heel--I'm a very consistent 7.5 (almost an 8), but the 7.5 felt a 1/2 sz too large.

Cute, but not the most comfortable - I love the look of these shoes - cute but sophisticated, with a retro look. I usually wear a 9, but got a 9.5 on the advice of another reviewer and they fit fine - a tiny bit loose in the heel but the strap is adjustable. I wore these a few times to go out and they were comfortable - the semi-kitten heel takes a lot of pressure off the ball of the foot. However, the edging around the toe piece has absolutely zero give, and after wearing them to a wedding - lots of walking and standing up - it was cutting into the sides of my feet. However, that was the first time I'd worn them for more than an hour of standing. I have fairly wide feet, so if yours are normal or narrow this shouldn't be a problem.

A real winner - This shoe has it all, great looks, very comfortable, and I have hard to fit feet. What I didn't expect, and what makes this shoe such a pleasure to wear, is that the fabric has a very subtle iridescence. I can't imagine how it is done, but it makes the shoe a standout. They have a slight glow! It's subtle enough to be able to wear during the day, however. I liked this shoe enough to buy both the pink and the green shoe. The first day I wore these shoes, I had them on all day, with not a single blister. 'Nuff said!

Very cute shoes, but after about an hour and a half of wearing them the first time, my feet were really hurting. Tried them again a few days later and it was the same situation. I was hoping the toe area would stretch a bit, but not as yet. I've gotten a lot of nice comments on the look of this shoe.

Supports my Lifestyle - Very comfortable, subtly flashing - who could ask for more? I'm something between a 9 and a 9.5, probably because of having a wide foot. The 9.5 fit perfectly - like a glove. It's not too high - I can walk comfortably in this shoe, and I'm sure I could walk a good ways in them, Somehow or other, the fabric sparkles in a quiet sort of way, so they would do well on an evening on the town, as well. I liked the shoes so much, I bought both the pink and the green, and expect to get a good deal of wear from them. PS - I enjoyed the Elizabeth Barrett Browning sonnet on the underside of the shoe box!

Gorgeous shoe! What a gorgeous shoe, fit is nearly perfect on my 6.5 foot. I bought the green print and my only complaint is that I cannot wear this shoe with everything. Comfortable too!

I receive lots of compliments when I wear them, but they seem to run slightly small (not even a half size), so they are just a tiny bit tight. I'm not sure if a half size up would be too big or not.

Love these shoes! These are my new favorite shoes. They are pretty comfy for a desk job. I've been walking around in them a lot today for the first day of having them, so I have a feeling they'll only get comfier with wear. They are super cute. The color is more of a bronzy tone.
