Nice and easy. Process went smoothly; shoes came without delay and were perfect in every way. I bought them to replace a pair I bought years ago and while they're slightly different, they're great. This style goes with almost everything - casual, dressy, jeans, skirts...I'd shop this way again anytime.

While these are VERY beautiful shoes, the strap was WAY too loose and my feet flopped all over the place. Begrudgingly I had to return these. Just be aware - I have kind of 'thick' feet so thought for sure these would work for me, even thought other reviews warned about the looseness.

Nice looking but hard on the feet. I got this shoe in the brown color. It's a beautiful shoe and very sexy. However... the heel is very uncomfortable. I felt no stability with this heel, and that's considering that I'm used to wearing heels this high (and the same style). It's a shame, but I will have to return.

Amazing! I have trouble finding high heels that fit me comfortably… and these are sooo easy to walk in its amazing! And aesthetically, they are gorgeous!

Very soft leather, seems totally comfortable. The “rocks” on the top are very “artsie” looking, but still cute. I wear an 8 or 8 1/2. I got an 8 in this shoe and the length was perfect. What wasn’t quite perfect (and the reason I’m returning them) is because they are quite narrow and my feet feel the sides, too bad!

Beautiful sandal - This is a beautiful, comfortable sandal. The problem was that it was sized 1/2 size too small. I wear a 7 1/2 shoe and when I tried the shoe on in my size it was obviously too small. I exchanged it for an 8 and I was good to go.

Too much peep in the toe - I ordered these shoes b/c they were the only powder blue patent flat on Zappos. Unfortunately, the other reviewers who said there was too much peep in the toe were right -- three toes to be exact. And not just the tops -- about halfway down. Plus they were stiff and hard and the back dug into my heel. Beautiful color but back to Z they go.

Great looking shoes! Great looking shoes, but not very stable to walk on because of the bottom platform on sole, this small piece added height which I love but not very safe or stable to walk on, still will keep them and walk very carefully because they look great and like the height these shoes give me.

Gorgeous Shoe, surprisingly iridescent - These shoes are comfortable, much to my surprise! Also, I have long toes and my toes usually hang off of shoes like these and I have to say that I will not be self-conscious of this issue wearing these. I feel like such a diva in them!!

Gorgeous old Hollywood glamour! I bought the Pewter pair to spiffy up all of the dresses I plan to wear to this summer's various evening wedding events. The silver shine is just right, not too flashy. The shoes themselves are very well-made and surprisingly comfortable. Fits true to size except near the peep toe, where it fits a bit snug but is totally bearable. A stunning must-have.

Cute, but not a keeper - I purchased these in the white napa leather. The white is on the yellow side. Did not like that, looked old. These would probably be better in black. The size seemed true, I ordered a 6.5 and I normally wear that size. Very high though and a little unstable.

This Shoe is HOT But... Ugh! It pains me to have to return these. Everything about this shoe is extremely sexy; however, I felt it was a bit too small, as I had a problem getting it zipped, and my toes hung-off the front way too much. Also, I wouldn't recommend this one if you have "chubby" feet like myself, as the width is narrow and the straps make your feet look as if they're suffocating! Otherwise, a HOT shoe, and worth the price.

Love these shoes!!!!! They are sexy and hot! Have received lots of comments on them. They are true to size and width and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I highly, highly recommend these shoes and Zappos to everyone I know.

OMG! THESE ARE AN ABSOLUTE MUST BUY! Ok so I know I have a shoe problem. I have over 300 pair and counting. However, this shoe is SUPER sexy! I LOVE IT! It’s different, inimitable, stylish, and most importantly it’s comfortable. I mean I have TONS of shoes, I don’t discriminate either, I don’t care if the price is 2.00 or 2500.00 if I like it I’ll buy it. But this shoe is my personal favorite! I got so many compliments, I couldn’t stop looking at them, nor could anyone around me.

Do you want to be the flyest person in the room? I suggest you purchase these shoes. These shoes are so comfortable!! The bottom of the shoe has padding inside of the shoe. I'm forever a fan of Pelle Moda. I know it’s a recession but they are worth every penny! I Love These Shoes.

Quite strappy flat - The fit seems very comfortable and holds onto the foot well. Length and width seemed standard. The back strap slides down its connector over the arch a bit, but poses no real issue. I loved the turquoise color. Overall a nice fitting, breezy and feminine sandal.

Not so much... I was looking forward to this boot, but when I opened the box and saw the leather, I was not impressed. Looks cheap, not the best quality. The calf did not seem as wide as advertised, couldn't get them over my wide calves, but have other boots with same circumference that had plenty of room, so had to send them back. Happily Zappos selection and service made it a pleasure instead of a hassle!

Celebrate those hot summer nights in style! I bought these shoes in silver for a black tie event I have coming up in April for a dress I bought that is aqua/teal. These shoes are absolutely perfect! Here is why: 1) Not only do the glass rhinestones on the shoes shine the same color of my dress, but depending on the light, they sparkle different shades as well. These shoes are great for any special occasion dress because the rhinestones will automatically pick up the color. 2) I also enjoy that these shoes are very soft. The leather on the shoe is flexible and feels like suede. For long hours at black tie events this is exactly what you need on your feet. 4) These shoes are very light weight. You almost feel like you have nothing on your feet. In my opinion, there is nothing worse than heavy, clunky shoes. No worries with these--light as a feather. 5) These shoes are classy and feminine. They look much more expensive than what they are being sold for. However, I do have some warnings/suggestions: 1) After reading the reviews of some of the other people here, I took their advice and bought a half size down. DO THIS!! I normally wear a size 6, but instead I bought a 5.5 and it fits perfectly. 2) These shoes have very little support so you might want to invest in some Foot Petals in order to avoid your foot sliding around after the shoe stretches out. Other than that, this shoe is wonderful. You won't be disappointed. Your feet will be the "star" of the night.
