These shoes are so cute and wanted to keep them, but the buckle is wide and hits my ankle bone. Totally uncomfortable. Have to send them back.

This shoe is so cute; however...it is so hard to buckle I had to return it. I loved how it looked when it was on my foot. The location of the buckle on the ankle is awkward, and the width of the buckle where the strap goes through seemed too narrow for the strap itself. Also note that the strap where it goes through between the toes is actually a double strap, so it seemed a little bulky there. I only walked around my house with them on so I can't tell if they would be a wearable shoe.

I bought these in taupe and really wanted to like them. In the size 7, my toes hung over the end and the 7 1/2 there was space left at the heel. Also, these sandals are very heavy! Otherwise, they are very cute and would go with many summer outfits.

These sandals are stunning and extremely comfortable to wear. I bought them for my daughter's wedding in June and she loves them too! Well done Zappos!

Very uncomfortable. Angle of foot bed felt odd. I had to return them as because of the foot bed. Fabric is thin. Feels cheap.

After reading different reviews about this shoe on different sights I was a little Leary of ordering. I received my shoes very quickly after ordering and I have to say they were more beautiful in person than the picture I had seen of them. The stones on the sandal sparkle beautifully! The sandal fits very true to size and is very comfortable at first fit. I absolutely LOVE this Pelle Moda sandal, worth ever dollar!

This slide with it's soft upper and rubber sole has to be uber comfortable right? Not so much. The sole was the problem. In trying to provide arch support the sole is very molded. Great if your foot is the perfect shape of the mold. But not so great if your foot is not the shape of the mold. Mine isn't. Oops. Maybe next time.

I am very pleased with the way these sandals look in person. I wear size 8 and that is what I ordered. I have slightly wide feet and I can get by in these. In a perfect world the red band would have been a little bit wider. Which means they fit average feet very well.

Fantastic shoes! Easy to walk in, thanks to the 1" platform. Sizing runs slightly small so I'm exchanging for a half size up.

This is an elegant, beautiful shoe. Unfortunately, as noted by the reviewer above, the slingback strap is too long. They're so pretty, though, I may keep them and have them repaired.

Higher than I normally would choose but wore them all night at a wedding with no problem. Very comfortable. Wish they were available in white for my own wedding!

Review Text: These shoes look and feel amazing on your feet! They are so comfortable and they make your legs look great! Sadly, I had to return them in order to keep the bathing suit that I also purchased from Zappos. :( 'Til we meet again, lovely shoe!

The no-adjustable strap was way too loose. I had to return it. Cute shoe, though.

Hot red shoes! These shoes are sexy, sexy, sexy! They're actually pretty comfortable for heels, but after a full day your toes do get pretty tired, so only 4 stars. They also rubbed off my toenail polish. But still, a great shoe and I get compliments all the time on the red ones that I own.

GREAT Shoe - This is a really beautiful shoe on and off. The eel skin is done to perfection - no unsightly bulges or ridges in the seams. Comfortable, stylish and sexy with a skirt, suit or jeans. My husband suggested I get a second pair of these in the black - I already have the red.

If you want a 'Hot High Heel' that is so confortable you forget it's on then THIS is the heel for you. It walks more like a 2" but is almost double that. With this much confort, price is long forgotten. I hate patent leather and this texture is so refined that this shoe looks much more expensive than it is. With black hose the shoe (In Black) is more stealth than with coffee or suntan hose. Zappo's service is second to none....won't go anywhere else.

Classic yet sexy on - I love this shoe! Oddly enough I was sent the wrong size the first time as was one of the other ladies that reviewed the shoe. I wear a 9 and was sent 8.5 which was way too small. Shoe fits true and is very comfortable.

Comfortable enough for office, hot enough for evenings out - Received "Billie" last week (ordered the red eel). It was my first experience with Pelle Moda. I'm a lady who loves her heels and was looking for something sexy yet comfortable enough to wear all day. This shoe did not disappoint! It fits beautifully, is exceptionally comfortable and still sports a pointy toe and stiletto heel. I've had several compliments and plan on ordering the black as well.

Very beautiful shoe! This classic sling back in eelskin is just perfect to give an added touch of elegance to a suit. The heel feels higher than it looks but other than being unable to walk as fast as I normally would, this shoe is very comfortable. No pinched toes! Highly recommend! Pretty shoe - I ordered this shoe because I need to have a basic black sling back in my closet. I'm a little disappointed because I ordered a 7-1/2 (normally an 8 but I wanted smaller since it is sling back) and Zappos sent me an 8-1/2 instead. Although I have not worn it yet, I tried it on and, since it is a pointy toe shoe I think I'll keep it. It looks really pretty. I like the texture of the eel skin. Very classic.
