Initially I really enjoyed the e-motion N2 series of trail shoes. I went through 5 pairs of the light green units probably made in 2013. I feel like I have not been able to adapt to the orange and aqua colored units now. For me and the aqua colored units, it feels like the micro arch support has slightly shifted forward - and it's actually uncomfortable on my arch. Toe box flex, wide toe box, awesome smooth rockered design and no heel irritation are all pluses. The arch feels goofed however. Could be mental on my part. I feel myself using the Hoka Hauka more and more now. Myself: 155lbs, run hilly trails with steep climbs 5 days a week, 1 - 1.5 hours per run, neutral landing, prefer cushioned trail shoes. Longest day in N2 shoe = 14 hours.

My shoe size is 10, knew I should get 10 1/2, but gambled on 10s and their great with light socks! (If you wear 10, play it safe with 10 1/2). I Ride a 2014 Cannondale 29 Tail SS, w/ Crank bros Candy pedals in Florida 90+ degree heat on mountain bike courses with fast friends. These shoes are perfect, wide mesh, COOL, lighter than skate-type. ?? Perfect, just what I was after!

These are nice looking shoes, but although I thought they were wide enough in the toe box they proved not to be. In fact they gave me pinch calluses on one foot. I like the minimalist style and feel, but I will have to pass them on to my sister who does not have bunions and try another brand.

I love these socks! So comfortable and long- wearing, plus they wash beautifully and the colors stay vivid.

These are the best trail runners I've found for over pronators. They actually have enough stability to prevent mild to moderate over pronation, unlike most trail running shoes that are marketed as stability shoes. They give a good "spring" to every step too. I'm on my fourth pair of these and I've been able to get over 200 miles per pair with no discomfort whatsoever. I hope PI never quits making these! The only thing I don't like is the color scheme. I really wish they would tone them down some.

Really like the fit of these shorts, but am unhappy with quality. Within the first hour of wear, the leg band ripped and separated from the spandex on the leg.

These are very comfortable - but as stated in other reviews, they run small - I usually wear and 11½ or 12 US size, these are just right in a 13 US size.

I liked the top (fit great, snug, good length, nice long zipper) but hated the shorts so they're both going back. I would've kept the top if it matched the shorts I ended up with. Also, all black not great for the heat.

Great for indoor cycling classes! Like a sneaker so you can wear these to the gym when you are taking a cycling class and no need to bring two sets of shoes! These do run small. I wear a 9 and took a 41 in these.

Love Pearl Izumi shorts and gloves - shoes, not so much. Apparently the shoe designer never has road a bicycle. might be OK for a beach cruiser but definitely not a cycling shoe. Zero support - like riding bare foot with cleats glued to the bottom of your feet.

Love these shoes, but they run very small! I am normally a size 41, but the 42.5 are even a tad snug. Unfortunately the 43 is sold out, so these sadly are not going to work out for me.

I have big bunions. These shoes are insanely comfortable even with bunions. I don't lace traditionally, I lace on the side (first two holes), which helps ease any bunion pain. But since the artwork is printed on these shoes, they're pretty comfortable. I use them for walking, running. I think they're a solid road shoe. They're okay on trail running but I think something else suited to trail running would do a better job. Good choice for bunions.

The lower leg band has a wide area of sticky material that gave me a nasty rash that took 3-4 days to clear up. I couldn't have worn this two days in a row. Also, the band is tighter than the rest of the thigh, making it look like I have bulging thighs although I don't. The seat is pretty comfortable.

I love the upper of this shoe. Super comfy and awesome fit. The sole is good too. I did not keep it because of on injury on my right foot and I needed a tad bit more stability.

They changed the cut on these bibs since I bought a pair 2 years ago. I'm the same size and weight but in went from needing a small to a large. The legs are also very long now with a different more stiff gripper. The material isn't very stretchy- same as before. The drop flap on these is awesome, but if you're on the petite side the legs will come down to your knees.

I have biked for years and always ware a medium short. I have worn this pair for 5 rides and I have very bad pain in my right thigh. I had to stop ridding for 3 day and go back to an old pair of shorts. I think the shorts are too tight in the legs and this cuts off the blood flow in my leg. I can not ware these shorts! Very unhappy. Monte Weaver

These socks are awesome. They are very low profile, great for wearing with stylish sporty shoes. I like how there is some extra height in the back so the socks don't slip down. :)

I wear a size 10. Most women's biking shoes seem to run too small or narrow. I ordered this in a 43. The fit is great and the buckle is in a good position to fit over my instep. I found other styles to be too short in the buckle (Giro, etc). I had tried a men's 43 in LG, but found it was a tad too long. I broke this shoe in with a 40 mile bike ride - go RAGBRAI! No issues with hot feet, or numbness. Very comfortable and easy to walk around in. And the color is great too - lots of compliments. Overall a wonderful purchase after a tedious search and well worth it for many future bike rides.

This is my first pair of bike shoes, so I was hesitant to buy online - but Zappos made it easy, as always! This is a good, reasonably priced pair of shoes for spinning classes. They have the recessed cleats so you can walk around the gym comfortably. Note: you must buy the cleats that attach to the bike pedals separately. I got Shimano SM-SH51. I had originally bought the SM-SH56, but the multi-release cleats are really more for mountain/road biking, when you might need to release in a hurry to avoid falling. For indoor spinning, standard release is better, since it allows more freedom of movement on the bike without worry that you'll come unclipped accidentally. As to sizing: go to the Pearl Izumi website and use their size chart. The US size conversion listed here is not accurate, in my experience. I wear a 7 1/2 - 8 street shoe, 8 1/2 running shoe, and I bought these in size 41. According to Pearl Izumi, that's an 8 1/2, but according to Zappos, it's a 9 1/2. Felt like 8 1/2. In most European sizing, I wear a 38, so these are sized quite differently. Putting the cleats on yourself at home is simple enough. I watched a few You Tube videos and got the hang of it quickly. After my first spinning class with the new shoes, I did need to come home and make some minor adjustments so the cleats were exactly where I wanted them, but again - easy enough.

These fit great, are very lightweight, and allow my skin to breathe. I haven't put many miles on them, so I can't provide a full assessment. So far, so good.

I've worn Pearl Izumi PRO shorts for years. This design is a mistake. The front is so short that it feels like they are going to come off. Constantly want to pull them up. Go back PI to the original fit!
