Paul Green Reviews
I love these shoes! Paul Green's are always very comfortable and after several years not very attractive styles, I've finally been able to replace my aging Paul Greens. Having large feet, some shoes run small. These shoes are generous on the sizing and have plenty of extra room without being sloppy and falling off.
This shoe is. So comfortable I feel like it is made specially for me. It's so stylish too. I got so many compliments each time I wear it to work. Highly recommended. I would buy another pair if Paul Green offers this style in other suede color.
I love these shoes. I usually wear 9 1/2 but I probably could have fit in a 9 in this shoe. The blue is a royal blue.
This is a comfortable shoe and stable due to the platform and heel. I purchased the Havanna suede for summer to wear with my black wardrobe to lighten the black up for summer. I and between 9, 9 1/2, and in Paul Green the 9 is a great fit. Do try this shoe! I understand why the heels are good, one does not need to have pants shortened and I am tall at 5"10".
This is another cute PG sandal! The green is pretty, but not glaring. I wear a B width, but have bunions to contend with, so I was excited when I wore the sandal and found it didn't reveal my bunion nor rub against it. However, the strap across the top of the show seems a little wider than a B width. I ordered the tan color too, which fit well, but just didn't seem very "interesting" as compared to the green.
I love Paul Greens. However, this style ran big. Had to send them back. I normally take a UK 5 which converts to a US 7-1/2. These were both too long and too wide. By the time I got them, there were none left in the 4-1/2. I am so sad because they are really beautiful.
These would be great except that the back band has elastic and my foot kept slipping out-even when I tightened the strap.
Love this shoe and like most Paul Green shoes both fashionable and comfortable. Wish it came in another color in my size. Looking for a shoe for an upcoming trip to Europe and think this could have been great one but color doesn't work.
Finally, completely stylish shoes that are comfortable. Why can't shoe designers make more of these? Shoes don't have to have high heels to be stylish. Because this heel is tapered, it looks dressy. I have been looking for shoes/sandals like these for years. I could not be more pleased. Just wish Paul Green and other designers would make more styles with lower heels. The sizing on many Paul Green shoes is slightly off American sizing. I normally wear a 7, but usually I wear a 6 1/2 in Paul Green. These shoes are expensive, but many women are willing to pay for that perfect combination of style and comfort.
This was a great surprise-- the heel feels shorter than what it is and the latex sole makes it feel very secure. I dont normally wear much over 2.5" and this is slightly higher. Love the color and the look.
Truly beautifully constructed. I slipped my foot in and they felt great however they were a size too large. Unfortunately, I'm a size 5 and that is the smallest size available.
OMG. I LOVE this shoe! Paul Green makes the most amazingly comfortable shoes. This one is cute, yet comfortable.
I have ordered these and I am not disappointed but I have a very high instep/arch and struggled to get them strapped across. The snap popped and I thought I broke them, but in true Paul Green style, there are two alternatives to fitting these. Rather than struggle with the small straps I find that utilizing the buckle/snap is much easier than the hook and holes. I am still assessing the size selection as they are pretty tight but it seems the half sizes are not available so I hope these are keepers. They are a very pretty shoe with a semi-sexy sensible heel for even seniors like me.
Ouch! I love how they look but wish I could return them. I wore to work. High heels cause your toes to be pinched through the opening. Plus the slingback cant be positioned to avoid this as holes are not positioned correctly for my size. I am disappointed in these shoes, they are supposed to be stylish AND comfortable but these are downright painful!
These shoes are very cute and comfortable. The suede is beautiful and the studs make the shoes on trend. I found that I was in between size 8 and 7 1/2 for this loafer...I decided to keep the 7 1/2 knowing that the suede was soft and the show would stretch a bit. I am usually a 7 1/2 in PG sandals and and 8 in their boots.
These have become my go to loafers for work and play. The fit is true to size. I normally wear a size 7. They form nicely as you continue to wear them, no breaking in necessary. Wonderful arch support, not too much. You can wear this shoe with confidence that it will complete your office/casual outfit splendidly. Enjoy!
These are absolutely stunning, classic shoes. Call me crazy, but I'm already buying the dress and shoes to wear to my son's wedding in May, 2014. Well, I've been ordering and returning shoes like a whirling dervish. Zappos must think, "who is this person?" No shoes have been both stylish and comfortable until these! I'm a Paul Green fan and have several pairs of his shoes, all of which I love. I have foot and leg issues due to several fractures from a car accident many years ago. But, these shoes are winners for those with foot or leg problems. I think that the platform and the slightly thicker heal are supportive and comfortable. When I tried them on, I didn't want to take them off. The color is a subtle gold sparkle within the nubuck material. This is definitely a shoe you can wear over and over again with other outfits. I could even see wearing this shoe with a nice pair of jeans and a fancy white blouse. I have a borderline narrow-to-medium width foot; the shoes do seem to run just a bit wide, but, if you're going to be on your feet all night, it may be a blessing. And, the slingback strap has a buckle for adjustment. All I can say is, "Thank You Zappos for putting up with me: my search for the right shoes, the buying and returning." But, these are keepers. I'm saying Yes to these shoes!
Ouch! No arch support, or it's in the wrong place. These hurt my feet more than anything I've put on in years. It might just be my foot shape, but these dumped all my weight on one little part of the ball of my foot. I was limping within hours.
The Nia pump is appropriate for serious occasions yet sexy enough for Going Out; comfortable enough for an event involving a lot of standing and walking, but also hot in a stealth sort of way. The fit is good, toe box just right, not skimpy. The European buckle is actually a snap; you set the position, then it snaps for easy on and off. Watch the video for demo.
