The fit is fantastic. True to size. Great piece of clothing that works well with most any outfit. Also works well on those days you are not sure if its cold or not.

I have the Nano Puff jacket and wanted something to wear in milder weather. I looked at many vests and all the Patagonia offerings. Quite simply this vest rocks. I am a stocky older guy (6', 210 pounds) and many of the Patagonia products are slim fit. I am a XL guy but purchased the XXL jacket for the looser fit. I talked to the representatives at Patagonia and they suggested I go with the XXL vest and I am happy that I did. I wear it every chance I get. I just returned from the keys (70 day, 64 nights and I wore it several evenings. I returned home to 45 days and 22 nights) and it works just as well. I have been active in the out doors all my life and this is one of the best purchases that I have made.
Brands I'd also recommend: Mountain Hardware, some Columbia, E. Bauer, Woolrich, Keen,

Love it, light weight and packs really small. Warm. Fits under anything, from a sport coat to a hard shell.

About Patagonia
Patagonia's values reflect those of a business that started as a band of climbers and surfers who wanted to stay out as long as they can, doing what they love, no matter the weather. Patagonia's design approach to every product, from technical shells for snow and ice, to moisture-wicking underclothes, to everyday clothes, demonstrates a functional bias toward simplicity and utility. Quality is impeccable, and the guarantee lifelong.
Patagonia's love of wild and beautiful places demands participation in the fight to save them and to help reverse the steep decline in the overall environmental health of the planet. They use organic cotton; most polyester is recycled. They give moral support - and 1% of sales, $25 million to date - to hundreds of grassroots environmental groups in the U.S., Europe and Japan.
