This is one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I bought them in 3 colors. Great for lots of walking with a bit of style.

Very comfortable pair of shoes made with high quality leather, and a sturdy insole. Stylish enough to be worn in a variety of settings. I would highly recommend this shoe.

I LOVE this coat. It is so warm, yet so light, almost like wearing tissue paper. If I wear a cashmere sweater underneath my coat, I have to drive around the Poconos with the windows rolled down on my car. That is how toasty this coat is. The hood is great and protects your head and ears from freezing wind. I highly recommend this coat to people who live in the cold mountains of the NE like I do.

Shoes were as I hoped from pictures. Also I was surprised that they were even more comfortable than expected. Very, very comfortable. I recommend these shoes if the style grabs you.

I love this jacket SO much that I cannot stop wearing it! Temperatures are in the 50's and I still am taking this jacket to work with me. It has a beautiful shape, slender and slimming, but roomy enough to be allow freedom of movement. I love how weightless it is, I can carry it and not feel like I'm being weighed down, which happens with the wool coats. This jacket comes in a longer version too, which I would love to own, but it is more expensive than this. Maybe next season! Only complaint is that Patagonia didn't produce enough of these to fill demand so I didn't get my first choice in color. But I ended up with black and it is still awesome. As always, zappos is the best too!

A great layer over a long-sleeved shirt and under a top shell. It feels light and soft. Zip neck works well. I don't miss hand pockets. It is just the right length and size, not too tight.

Super light, super comfortable casual shoe. Great squishy soft rubber soles. I love wearing these all weekend long. They have a little bit of extra width in the forefoot and they have a nice wide sole that adds to stability, unlike some of the other casual moccasin-type shoes that have a very narrow sole that makes you feel like you're going to tip over.

I ordered a small in this sweater. When I tried it on it was a bit small. The tag states it should be a regular fit, not too tight not too loose. I exchanged the small for a medium and it is a much better fit. My advice is that if you are slightly in between sizes like I am and do not like your shirt to be fitted, go with the next size up.

Very awesome coat. Use it for snowboarding and it works great by blocking wind and keeping warm. Many pockets situated in good places and alignments. Many adjustment capabilities available to modify for snug or loose fitting.

Sleeves were too long, too wide and can't be rolled up or scrunched up. So either I will be dealing with the sleeves interfering with whatever I am doing and/or I will be getting cold air up the sleeves. No thanks, otherwise nice. Returning.

I know these are all the rage but I was unhappy with the fit. The sleeves were too long and the fit was not attractive. Cozy but I am returning it.

When I got this jacket, I was in total disbelief that it could be warm enough for the bitter cold, but it's done well for a jacket that weighs practically nothing. The jacket definitely runs big, which is fine as I usually wear a fleece underneath. I think the color is stellar (more of a maroon than brown) and the cut is great! I can be warm and not look like a figureless blob. I think the only downside is not having a hood, but a scarf and hat are an adequate substitution. All in all, a good buy, especially from a site that ships for free!

I just received this coat in the beautiful brown color (not at all maroon, as I had feared). I am 5’9” 150 #, 38 inches in the bust, and the large is just right for me. The sleeves are a bit long, which I like (having made due with too short for quite some time), and the coat barely reaches my knees. Having just tried on all of the winter coats in a department store, this coat definitely tops all the others I tried in fit. I think that it will be worth it to have a coat this nice for years to come. Plus, Zappos delivery was amazingly fast: I received my Friday night order when I arrived at work on Monday morning. Thanks!

I need more than one - I live in Chicago where I bike and walk at all temperatures, all winter. I bought this coat in fall 2009, and am now considering a second one, since I am wearing it every day (note - you can unzip up from the hem - very useful for biking). This coat is just so light, and so warm. And it is even photogenic (the nipped waist and slightly flared hem do wonders), makes a wonderful airplane blanket, and rolls up easily into a lumbar support (or to stuff in suitcase). It is fitted though, so find some lightweight layers, put on your hat, scarf, and boots, and look good.

I love his coat. The fit is perfect and shapelier on your body that it looks in this picture. The picture of the black one shows a more accurate fit. I love that there is plenty of room to walk with the flare on the bottom. It is not binding at all. I just wore it to SLC, Utah this week and it kept me perfectly warm. The color is not brown. It is more like a bordeaux color. Beautiful, but definitely not brown. Since the color looks nice on me though, I kept it. The color on this site is far closer to the actual color though that the one on the Patagonia site direct; they do a great job of putting a gold light on the model to make it look a luscious coppery brown. It isn’t. I’ll be buying more Patagonia from Zappos.

I purchased this jacket for a trip to Disneyworld in FL. the first week of January 2010. I thought it would pack small and not take up too much room in my suitcase, so I would have it handy when I returned home to the cold mountain air. Well, the first week of January in Florida was a cold wet week in the 30s and 40s. I was glad to have a down jacket! But, be warned, this jacket did not keep me warm in the humid cold air of Florida. I was miserable! But... when I returned to Colorado, it kept me very comfortable in temps in the teens. I have been wearing it all month and loving it. So I guess I would recommend it for dry climates, but not for humid ones. It is VERY comfortable and light. True to size. I LOVE the hood. You can zip it up just around your neck and it is cozy and warm. No need for a neck gator or scarf. And the tightening cord at the back of the head lets you pull the edges of the hood back and away from your face so your vision isn’t obstructed. Very clever. Great jacket for the Rocky Mountain variety of climates.

I love these boots! I have owned these boots in the white and brown for almost an entire year now. Two very snowy and slushy winters...Not only do they look brand new, but I have never slipped or fallen on the ice or snow once. Plus, I have received countless compliments on how adorable the boots look. They keep my feet toasty warm and dry, and I can wear them comfortably all day while running all over town. I was so worried the white suede wouldn't last a week in the mud and slush without looking horrible, but I was wrong. I tried treating them with my UGG suede protector, and it just beaded up, and ran right off the boots. These boots are worth every penny. I purchased them to replace a pair of beloved 12 year old Timberlands, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Zappos and Patagonia!

A few days before Christmas I realized that none of the local stores carried this jacket that my husband wanted. I went to the product's website only to find that they were sold out, as were almost all other outdoors-wear online stores. If they had the jacket, they also had an outrageous expedited shipping rate. Then I found Zappos.com - they had the exact jacket, in the right size and the right color, and with FREE overnight shipping! That sealed the deal and as promised, the jacket arrived on Christmas Eve. And as they say, the rest is history :) Oh, and the jacket is everything my husband had hoped - good quality down resulting in a very thin jacket that he wears as a layer under an exterior shell.

It's a very pretty jacket and fits me well, not tight across the chest as many jackets can be. From the photos, I thought it had a big collar, but it actually has a big hood. It seems very thin for a down jacket, and I haven't worn it in really cold weather to know how warm it will be.

I searched and searched and found an awesome and comfortable pair of boots! Lots of compliments and "where’d you get them?" ZAPPOS of course!” These boots are lightweight and are great in the snow... I have dry feet! I wear an 8.5 and found them to be true to size and great toe box room. Not the warmest, but with some nice warm socks will help with that. I definitely recommend them!

Gave these as a gift for my husband. He loves them and says they are extremely comfortable. Thought about buying another pair in case they are ever discontinued. They fit true to size. He Also thought the wool lining to be breathable and good for preventing sweaty feet. Only drawback: I felt they got an unattractive crease on the upper toe area after being worn just a time or two. I was a little disappointed in how the leather creased so soon- did not expect that for the price of this shoe.

These boots are amazing! I get tons of compliments, and they are holding up beautifully even in the tough, dirty Chicago winter. My feet never get cold or wet and they provide great arch and ankle support. All that and comfortable, too! I got a size larger than I normally wear and I’m glad I did. These are by far the best snow boots I have ever owned

Really cute dress - good for small waisted, broad shoulders, big hips. The length is a little long and I had the hem taken up. Low cut, but looks good with a lacey tank or sexy without!
