Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

This review is in response to another posted review. Poster states additional holes can't be added to strap and therefore the shoe can't be adjusted to fit. The strap's buckle is not intended to be adjustable. There is velcro on the underside of the strap. You adjust the strap length by using the velcro.
