Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

I have wide feet, and one flat foot due to surgery, so it is an awful trial to find comfortable, fashionable shoes. I first ordered these in a 10W but found they were too wide. So I ordered them in the 10M and they fit really well. The leather is like butter which makes these loafers feel wonderful. In addition, the cushy footbed is removable if you need to put orthotics in, although mine didn't fit. I'm going without and I think it will be fine.
