Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

Love these boots. They are comfortable and warm and really cute on. However the laces broke the second time I put them on. Zappos would not send me just laces, though they would take the return. I contacted Sperry directly to see if they would just send me laces and they said they would gladly sell me the laces but do not offer a warranty for products purchased through a third party. Why would a purchase laces from a company where the previous one broke the second time I had them on. I have other Sperry products and they have held up well. This however was disappointing that no one would just send me replacement laces since they were so cheap in the first place. I love the boots, just wish the quality went into all the fine details. #bringbackquality
