Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

As soon as I put my foot in this shoe I knew they wouldn’t do. They are so stiff that they hurt without taking a step. They are a nice classic shape and real leather but a bit shiny (although they’re not patent leather). I am hard to fit as far as a loafer goes…they always slip on my heel while fitting in the toes and these were worse in that respect than others I’ve tried.

The fit of these shoes is SO odd. I had originally ordered a pair in my usual size (8.5 US) which felt a little more than a half size too big, my heel would come out with almost every step. I returned these and ordered a 8 US which felt MUCH smaller and much more narrow. As other reviewers have said, painful just to wear, let alone walk in. At a total loss here and will probably just return again...
