Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

These were supposed to be an 8 Wide, my usual sneaker size. I only managed to try one shoe, could barely get my foot into it, and it was unbearably tight. Either this brand runs very small or the shoes I received were not the correct size. I have no idea how the arch support is because they were so small I couldn't actually try them on properly to walk in them.
