The big issue for me was the heel -- so strange! The ankle bone cutouts are so low that there's not much shoe back there, so it doesn't cup around my heel at all, just a flat, padded, rectangular piece laying against the back of my foot. Also, the laces are SHORT, so even with a medium volume foot I barely have enough to get them tied. The arches felt fine, the ball of the foot fit well, and I really liked the style. I returned these, but I kept the On Cloud X4 in size 9 -- amazing support, very lightweight, perfect for the gym and lifting.

Really not stylish at all. They don’t fit to your foot at all. It doesn’t feel like a medium width. The insoles are too padded but they are removable but then your feet feel like they’re swimming in the shoe. I don’t know who these were made for.
