Question

Ordered 9.5 WIDE. Box & tongue inside shoe said 9.5 but tab on shoe bottom said 9.5 MEDIUM. This new purchase does NOT fit. It can't be a WIDE. I have 3 other prowakers and 9.5 WIDE fits perfectly. What's up with this?! I have no idea what size they sent me!!!

I returned… ordered 9.5 wide. The box label was 9.5 wide, the sticker label on bottom of shoe identified 9.5 Medium, the sewn in identification on shoe tongue identified 8.5 W…. not sure what I recieved.
