I returned a prior purchase of the same shoe because of a defect and wrote a review on the matter. This pair is good so far; fingers crossed. The Leather is soft & pliable, color is so pretty & feminine, almost resembles very, very, pale pink. No support, but, typically no arch issues.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

I’m returning the first pair I received because the left shoe is DEFECTIVE. My left foot veers off the heel footbed which not only looks a bit crazy, but it’s very uncomfortable. I re-packed the shoes with a notice to damage the shoe out & not resell. If you get the left shoe feeling wonky, it’s my RETURN. I bought a replacement & it seems OK
