I've only worn these once, but I've worn Mizzuno's for years. I have to have my shoes a little bigger because I have issues with my toenails dying. There is plenty of room and a wider toe box. They're really comfortable. I'm a woman but likes that these were white shoes, even though they are mens. I wear 9-9.5 in women's and got 7.5 in men's.
