Hia, Purchased size 12 for my Dad, because his Sears shoes from years ago are size 12, but I put his old shoes sole-to-sole - these Skechers Arch Fit Motley - Atlee 's were an inch longer! So I ordered the size 11 which he tried on first, and they are perfect! After a fall in inferior, cheap athletic shoes, he now has the proper shoes which are comfortable out-of-the-box, podiatrist-tested with arch support. The rehab therapist as part of his recovery from his fall, where he had to have stiches and got bruised but nothing was broken, was present when Dad first saw and tried on the shoes. Dad already was happy walking around in them in the apartment, and was able to dispense with his walker after a couple of weeks. So far so good!

He loves these. He had to order 8.5. The 9 was too big. It's a little odd but he has a different style (Craster Lanigan) of Skechers slip ins and the 9.5 fits perfect.

I saw the reviews that these ran big, and they were right! I ended up getting 1.5 sizes smaller than my running shoes, and 1.0 size smaller than my normal shoes. The arch support and style are nice.
