- Straight from the archives, It's the PUMA® Kids Palermo Moda. This classic terrace shoe debuted in the 80's and now, we've brought it back for the fans, revitalized as the Palermo Moda. With its signature t-toe construction and classic gum sole, this kids' version features a soft grain leather base, a synthetic puma formstrip, and suede overlays. It comes with leather upper, round toe, regular fit, suede and synthetic overlay on toe, quarter, vamp, and heel, mesh collar lining, lace-up closure, rubber midsole and outsole, and debossed and foil-printed puma cat on heel.
