Honestly, these would have been the chosen shoe for my grandmother of the bride dress except for the cheap plastic insert on the top of the shoe, under the rhinestone embellishment. I didn't realize there was a clear plastic insert until I received the shoes. The fit, color and heel height were wonderful for me. But that clear plastic insert revealing the top of the toes was a deal breaker. This just cheapened an otherwise lovely shoe. They're going back.

The shoes were shipped in a plastic bag and arrived in a crushed box. Some of the crystals were missing or were lying at the bottom of the shoebox. There was no tissue paper between the shoes to protect them, and both shoes were scraped up.
