I bought my size (9) and a half size down because of some of the reviews. I kept the 9 because while the fit was relaxed compared to other sneakers, it was still true to size for me. The cushion (sole) was great and gives you some elevation, so having the proper length helps stabilize your posture. For reference, I have narrow feet, dropping arches (from age), and prefer a half inch of room at the toes to allow for proper gate and room in the toe box.

I was initially a little worried about the thinness of the walls when they arrived, I was worried they wouldn't be as supportive as I'd need, but my worries were not necessary! I find them super supportive and my feet don't overheat as they have done in other shoes. I like the lip behind the heel, again I was needlessly worried it would rub but 12 miles of running in and no rubbing whatsoever.
