Drawing inspiration from the Dr. Martens Archive, the Dr. Martens® Anistone Lo Leather Boots Lo pull-on boot combines rugged construction with a hard-hitting silhouette in premium leather. Branded metal plates, AirWair heel loop, and traditional yellow welt stitch mark the boots with DM's resilience and attitude. The ankle-high boots are built from Wanama leather upper, lightweight leather with a satin-sheen finish.
Fabric lining and EVA insole.
Slip-on style.
Round toe design.

I ordered these Docs in a woman’s size, looking for an all-purpose, all-weather boot, but I do believe they’re unisex. Consequently, the boot fits like a man’s, too wide and clompy. The neck of the boot is really wide (for a man’s big hairy clomper), so they’d have to be worn with a certain type of pants… not so much a boot for fashion as much a boot for function, or perhaps posturing toughness! I might try ordering them in a narrow, because they are pretty cool, even if they do swallow one’s clompers.

I absolutely love these boots! They’re such a great style and extremely durable. However, this boot runs very big. I wear a size 10 in women’s shoes so that is the size I purchased, but my foot flops around in it. I put an insole into the shoe, but my heels keep moving up and down regardless. I’m going to have to return mine for a size 9. I’m just hoping it’s not too small. Fingers crossed!

Love the look of these but that top welted band is too rigid for my lower shin and calf. Think old school ski boots and ice skates. Sturdy, solid boots. Sometimes I'm in the perfect spot in Docs and sometimes I'm in the Dang It Isn't Quite Right Zone; for me, this style was in the Dang category; perhaps just a touch too short, but the next size up would have been too roomy. Normally a 9.5 to 10 women's and usually a 9 US in Docs. Again, I LOVE the look and feel, they just weren't quite right for me.
