It doesn't get better than this, I'll wear them full-time by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. There's no impact on the heel of your foot and the other thing I noticed was compared to the older version of the 22s this has more stability side-by-side. I didn't look for that when buying a shoe however a senior I noticed immediately I felt more secure. I love working with the company. I've had many shoes. I wish they had more the models that are just in black rather than all the colors, but they are a great company to work for if you're not happy there no questions ask, just buy and believe me you'll be happy with the 23s.
