I bought a size 8 first and they were too big and slipped up and down my heel. I then ordered a size 7.5 and they still slip up and down my heels. They just don't fit well.

Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

I ordered a half size down as recommended and the length was just fine. I am returning them because the area across the top of the foot had a very uncomfortable seam in one shoe. The other shoe felt great. Wasn't sure if I'd be able to wear them enough to get the uncomfortable shoe stretched out so will be returning. Super cute shoe, looked great on. Would've worn the heck out of them I am sure. Note - the back heel did slip a tad when walking as described in other reviews but nothing that would have not made me wear them.

Gawd I want to love these! Super cute, but the fit is so strange. I wear an 8.5-9. 8.5 fits great, slipped shoe on and then tried to walk. Darn near broke my neck because the back of the shoe, your foot slides up and out and the shoe flung across the floor. I read the comments of others having this problem, but ordered anyway. Save your money. Wish I would have listened to those before me. So incredibly disappointing because these would have been a definite wear daily. Ugh... back they go.
