About Onex
In 1972, Onnik E. Kouyoumdjian, an immigrant from a family of European shoemakers, founded Onex® Shoes. His vision of the American dream coupled with his passion for fine lady's shoe design inspired him to start a business in designing, manufacturing, and distributing the Onex shoe line nationwide.
Onex shoes are carefully handcrafted in the United States featuring the finest components, materials, and ornaments from around the world. Styles range from casual wedges to embellished thongs to a collection of sparkling dress shoes with glittering Swarovski crystals. I absolutely love Onex shoes. Found my first pair of Onex Gilda shoes in black on vacation last year in St. Croix. So happy to find them on Zappos. Bought them in tan and navy...will buy another pair in black as soon as they are back in stock to have a spare pair. They run small. I wear a 7 1/2, an 8 fits perfect.
These shoes are adorable and ridiculously comfortable. My house slippers aren't this comfy! I followed other reviewer's advice, though, and ordered 1/2 size up and they fit perfectly so keep that in mind if you order these.

I have extremely sensitive feet. These sandals are AMAZING. Very much worth the price. I typically wear a size 8.5, ordered a 9 based on reviews and they fit perfectly! Highly recommend!
Onex is my favorite brand, these shoes are fantastic and comfortable.
I loved the versatile color and style of this shoe but unfortunately the vamp is just too big...my foot slid around in it after a 1/2 day of wearing. I don't think they are that short size-wise as some reviews state. I might have been better off with my true size, a 7. Instead, I followed others' review advice and ordered up a size. Now they are completely sold out! I'm afraid if I keep wearing these shoes I will slide off the platform and twist my ankle so back they are going. I gave them a fairly high rating because I feel if I'd purchased them in the right size they would've stretched out nicely and been perfect for my foot.
My usual size is 8. My toe went over the edge...returned for a 9. Perfect fit. I was afraid the band would be loose in a larger size but it isn't. In fact, it fit better than the size 8 band. Gorgeous shoe...so much more so than in the picture! Outstandingly comfortable! One you could stay in all day and my feet cry for help in the comfort arena!
Bought these shoes in Zebra and Red. Follow advise to go up one size! Fabulous shoe! Everywhere I go get compliments/comments. Perfect comfort as always with Onex.
These are awesome shoes. I have a bad left leg and these shoes are so comfortable, I have no trouble walking in them. I like them so much I've ordered another pair. I'm wearing them almost every day to work. Fit perfect and are super soft. Love them. Recommend them highly.
Onex is a very comfortable shoe in every style I own from flat slides to high heels. They are my go to staple for the summer! Couldn't live without them. I have been a purchaser since 1980!

These shoes are so comfortable and light! I would recommend Onex shoes to everyone. Note to anyone buying Onex shoes. always go up a size. I normally wear a 7 1/2 or 8 but read previous reviews and ordered these in a 9. Good thing I did because anything smaller would have been too small.

A lot of times when you order a size 11 - there should be a warning that your feet will look like passengers on a ship, but not with Onex shoes! They are super comfortable right out of the box and make a large foot actually look smaller. Heed the suggestions to order a size up.
I love Onex shoes and Zappos! This particular shoe had to be returned. My feet kept sliding off constantly to the inside so that I looked pigeon toed trying to keep my feet in them. I'm not sure what the problem was, perhaps a little too much room in the strap. Onex always has funky sizing issues but you can usually work around those by sizing up.Gorgeous shoe though and I was disappointed to have to return them. Fortunately Zappso makes returrns soooo easy!
These shoes are very comfortable. My plantar muscle has been inflamed and these and my tennis shoes are the only shoes I can comfortably wear.
These are so comfortable, very light and cute! They add a sparkly touch to every outfit. I can wear them for hours and they still feel great!
