Ordered this boot in Cream. Absolutely loved everything about the boot. It is very true to size and very comfortable. When I first received my order, I was very disappointed to discover that part of the sequin on the strap was not sewn down in the corner. I went online to see about exchanging them and noticed that there were only 3 more pair left in my size. I really wanted this boot and was afraid my size would be gone before the process of sending mine back for the exchange took place. I called the customer service line and all I can say is Wow! They went out of their way to make this right for me. They told me they would be shipping out my new pair immediately and to just return the damaged pair within two weeks. This conversation with them occurred on a Saturday and the new boots were on my doorstep by mid-day on Monday! This was my first time as a customer of Zappos. I am hooked!
