Love, love, love this shoe. I was looking for something I could wear with my jeans, and this shoe is perfect; not only do they work with jeans but look super cute with skirts too. Nine West is always true to size, shipping was very fast, was wearing them the next day. I wasn’t sure I would be able to walk very much in them but I was walking around the entire evening...I was amazed how comfortable they were, lots of compliments and my feet felt great the next morning. Very happy with my purchase thanks again Zappos for the fast shipping.

I already had these sandals in dark brown, and really liked them, but I wanted a more neutral pair. They fit true to size. The straps are a little tight at first, but they do loosen up.

Love this boot! Fits true to size, the gray color was as pictured (although it seemed a bit shinier), and they are extremely comfortable right out the box. There is no arch support for those that need it, but that could be fixed with insoles, so no problem there either...I'll def be back for the black ones next!

Comfortable and cute leather platform shoe - This shoe is sized larger than stated size. I usually wear a 7 1/2 or 8 and I had to downsize to size 7 in this shoe. It's an attractive ankle-strap sandal that should go well with everything. The color of the brown leather is attractive. The dark metallic silver color was a bit strange, having somewhat of a purplish-greenish sheen to it.

Beautiful shoe, but... This sandal is feminine and attractive. It laces up at the ankle and is adjustable by tightening the laces… although it is uncomfortable. Where the first inside rivet and lace meet, it rubbed up against my foot bone. Also, the leather on the shoes squeaked every time I walked. This was my biggest issue. I'm not going to break them in hoping that they will quiet down. I am sending these back. It's unfortunate because it is a sexy shoe.

These shoes are made from a very soft leather. The heel is taller than I normally wear so they can get uncomfortable if I'm walking a lot. They look great with skirts, dresses or pants/jeans. My daughter liked them so much she bought a pair too!

These shoes are even more beautiful in-person. They are an awesome color, more of a taupe or mauve, not your average medium brown like color. So cute and comfortable (until about 5 hours later, so obviously not walking shoes here). The only bad thing is they run a little big. I’m a 9, always a 9, and these are a little big on me. It’s worth it though to own these shoes. Much love!

These are classic 9West shoes. The fit is perfect, both in terms of size and width. They are comfortable from the very first step and the heel is the perfect height if you’re on your feet all day. I purchased this shoe in the turquoise synthetic and I get so many compliments each time I wear them. A great buy for a great everyday shoe. I am planning to purchase other colors, too! Also, cannot beat Zappos for price, availability, fast shipping... why go to the shoe store?!

I really like the shoes. However, they aren't true to size. I normally wear a 5.5, but wish I'd ordered a size 5.

I agree with the others about the buckle. Mine came apart too after just a few hours of wearing them. I also noticed that they kind of jingle when I walk. I am worried that they are going to fall apart. That would not be good considering the price of them. But they are very comfortable.

These have to be one of the most beautiful pair of shoes that I have. Absolutely gorgeous! As indicated in other reviews, they are high, run 1/2 size large, and a wee bit uncomfortable, but not enough not to buy them if you’re considering it. They’re good for several hours, but I can’t imagine wearing them any longer than about six hours. Go for it! You won’t be sorry.

I have been looking for a nude-colored pump for a while. It had to be just the right shade so as to blend with skin tone creating a long leg line. This shoe fit the bill perfectly. Initially, it was a little tight in the toe bed, but with gradual break-in time, it molded perfectly to my foot. I love this shoe; I love 9West shoes in general. It is one brand that remains true to size. I can purchase this brand online knowing that a 9M is always going to fit. Also, can't say enough about Zappos customer service. With free shipping both ways; this site is just so convenient with my busy work schedule. Why drive around from shoe store to department store to find shoes when anything you could possibly want is here on one site? I had to return a pair of shoes once, and they were so accommodating...they even sent the replacement pair before they received the return pair! Who does that? I am a faithful Zappos customer for life!

This is a great shoe! It is not too tall, thanks to the platform in the front, and I can wear it with both skirts and pants! Only issue is that it runs 1/2 size large and I had to exchange. (I’m usually an 8 and had to get a 7 1/2.)

Love the shoe, sexy yet classy, but they definitely run narrow. Bummed - got the medium gray which is a very pretty pewter, exactly what I wanted, just wished they fit me better!

I got this shoe in a 6.5 and a 7. It looks gorgeous and its color (I got blue) was very like the color on the website (on my computer, anyway). The only issue is the fit, which is a little funny. I have very long toes, but even for me the sole from the tip of the toe to the base of the toe was too long and the sole from the heel to the base of the toe was too short. I honestly don't know who this shoe was made for. Also, I have flat feet, and the shoe, which is very stiff and unyielding, distributes my weight on the base of my big toes, which I know is going to be a killer later. However, this won't stop me from wearing these shoes in my wedding, as you just can't beat the look and the price. Maybe I'll get some cute wedding rainbows as a safety.

These shoes are beautiful. I bought the red multi (which is more of a hot pink). 10.5 shoes are a little narrow but still comfy. Leather is amazing and the wood heel gives the shoe a unique look which I love; makes my feet stand out in a crowd. Perfect for someone who is bored of the "same old same."

Finally - This shoe is very comfortable for its height. There is plenty of room in the toe area. I felt it's true to size - I wear an 8 and ordered an 8 and it fits fine. The straps really keep this shoe on your fit - no chance of it slipping off.

I love these shoes. The 1 inch platform makes them very comfortable because you get the look of high heels without the pressure on the ball of your foot. The leather is soft and doesn't rub my sensitive feet. I even wore them to the grocery store after work... no need to change into flats. These aren't "comfy for high heels," they're comfy. Period.

Rocker Boots! I saw this boot in the June issue of Harper's Bazaar (in blue) and made it my mission to locate them. I really wanted the blue color but was told by Nine West that they weren't offering them at this time. So when I saw them on Zappos I purchased the black and they were everything I hoped for. The leather is soft; they look great, and are easy to wear. They are a little wide in the ankle for me (I have narrow feet/small ankles) so they should fit a wider range. I am in-between sizes and purchased both-the smaller fit better so I will be returning the half size larger. Great boot!
