Overall:

Perfect not-too-trendy ankle boot!I have been searching for over a year and I finally found a great boot to go with all of my skinny, straight-leg pants and not make me look like a teeny-bopper. Nice fit, nice suede material, and a substantial enough sole without being chunky.

This shoe is actually comfortable - I am a true size 8 and ordered the Phantom in size 8. I found the shoe to be a perfect fit as is the case with all of my Nine West shoes. The shoe is gorgeous, and so simple and sleek that I can wear it to the office. Strangely, despite its height, this shoe is very comfortable to walk in.

Gorgeous boots, just a bit too big! I ordered the Nine West Mug in the grey, and I'm usually between an 8.5 and 9. I ordered the 9 and they are a bit too long in the foot, as well as being loose in the calf. I have average sized calves and have never had trouble with boots fitting in that area before. The heel is also pretty high, but wasn't too uncomfortable in the short time I walked around in them. The color is absolutely gorgeous. I just wish they fit a bit better. Sadly they will have to be returned.

I love these boots! They are stylish enough to wear with leggings and also under a nice wide leg jean. Of course they are very warm for the snowy winters here in Colorado. I would definitely buy again.

Nice boots, overall. I bought them in brown and I've gotten compliments on the color. I also love the brass accents on the side. As far as comfort, there is little to no arch support, so I recommend buying some insoles if you are on your feet a lot, or walk to work.

Very pretty boots in the picture on display, comfortable when tried on, fit true to size, nice rubber sole. Problem is, they are wide in the upper shaft part and the suede is only a single thickness with no rigidity to hold them upright, so they are floppy. When you put them on even with jeans tucked in, they begin to creep down and slouch after taking a few steps and continue working themselves down several inches. Disappointed that I can\'t wear these.

After reading other reviews, I was wary about the fit on these boots but ordered my true size anyway. Good thing because they fit perfectly! Comfortable and looks great with jeans or leggings. Cute boot for a relatively modest price.

This is a very sexy boot! It felt a little tight when I first tried them on, but once I actually wore them, the fit was great. The strings in the back were not a problem because I wore them over skinny jeans. There may be a little more give in them without the jeans, but not much.

I love these shoes. They do run a bit big, I am a solid 9 and have been forever in Nine West shoes, but the 9 is a bit large. I am keeping the 9, but may think about getting a gel pad for the toe so my foot doesn't slip. They look hot!

Love the shoes. Really cute, well made, true to size, and surprisingly comfortable considering the height of the heel. I usually can not walk in heels this high, but the slightly thicker heel makes it possible in these shoes. Taking them dancing tonight!

Great flat, dressed up or down! I ordered these to wear with a party dress, and they're just perfect, but they've also become my favorite brown flats to wear with just about anything. Despite the pointy toe, which makes many flats uncomfy, these are extremely easy to wear and comfortable. A great buy!

These are very classy and elegant boots. I love that the leather is very soft and supple. They're quite versatile and look great with jeans and dresses. I love them with sweater dresses. As the heels are thin and there's not a lot of traction, I wouldn't recommend these for all-day wear or in slippery conditions. There's not much cushioning, but as with most Nine West heels, they are reasonably comfortable for a few hours. Classic and beautiful!

Great boot, true to size, and I have skinny calf syndrome so the small circumference is great for me, especially with tights and a skirt. There is definitely no room, however, to stuff my jeans in! Thanks!

Very comfortable! I can stand and walk all day in these and very stylish to boot! I wear them with leggings, dresses, and they fit under my jeans. Soft leather and they become a little distressed. Don\'t worry about the scuff marks! Many compliments and the size is true. I\'m a 7.5 and they fit perfect.

This is the 1st time I have ordered shoes online and the size was perfect. I agree with everyone too that these shoes are very comfortable for a heel. I also agree that the heel itself is wearing down rather quickly. Overall I really like these shoes.

This shoe is super comfortable for such a high heel. I was shocked! I'd like them a little better if there wasn't a buckle; less mary jane and more of a pump with smaller cut outs on the side, but that's just me. The black suede is nice. Will look nice with dresses and skirts.

I wore these for a rehearsal dinner and wedding. Worn with panty hose for the first night, the shoes did not stay on too well. However, I did not wear panty hose the second night, and they were much more comfortable, stayed on great. Very comfortable shoe for such a high heel.

True love! I'm in love with these shoes! I'm seriously considering purchasing another pair to have when I wear this pair out! As some reviewers state, the toe is rather narrow, and at first I couldn't comfortably fit my right foot into the shoe without my last 2 toes being a bit crammed. I ordered a .5 size larger, and those were too large. Went back to try the smaller size and voila! They fit! I guess your feet are smaller in the a.m., so by the time the evening rolled around and my feet were fat and swollen, the leather had already stretched enough to make the toes comfy! I wear these every day, all day. While at work, while walking, doing shopping, they're great! Very comfy and look awesome! Never thought I'd give a Nine West shoe a good review, but they've won me over with this shoe!

I didn't buy these shoes at Zappos, but Nine West doesn't have a review section (I think it's nice to be able to read other people's experience on merchandise you are planning on buying for yourself). I had been looking for a pair of flat shoes that would be both comfortable and stylish. I liked that these shoes had a pointy toe and the sole seemed thick enough that it wouldn't fall apart with the first step, so I decided to buy them. I received them in the mail and I was really disappointed. First of all, the synthetic leather is really stiff and it doesn't curve or taper to your foot comfortably. Second, I have worn these shoes with and without nylons and I still get blisters all around the edges of where skin and shoe meet. I have been having a really hard time breaking these shoes in, I can't stand to wear them longer than two hours, I have to switch over to sandals due to my skin breaking. Maybe my skin is too sensitive, but I would recommend trying other brands or styles.

Ba-ba-ba-booties! Love these booties! They go great with skinny jeans and are cut low enough in the front that they look awesome with skirts, too (some ankle boots can make your legs look squatty if they come up too high). Heel height is just right, just high enough that you can be comfortable almost all day in them. A very versatile and timeless addition to any shoe wardrobe!

I love this shoe! I have a bunion and a long middle toe and always find issues with shoes I buy because of my bunion. Almost every shoe hurts. Not this shoe though, the leather is so soft and it stretches to fit my feet. I even got the shoe in medium size. I was going to get wide, but it looks like I won't have to. It's unbelievably comfortable! I love the pointy toe, it's a very sexy and classy shoe. This is my first day in the shoes, and I can walk all day in them! I will be wearing these shoe a lot!
