Great looking and wearing shoe. The front of the shoe felt a tad narrow, but has stretched out and become more comfortable. Very sturdy and comfortable for a high, narrow heel. The platform also makes the shoe more comfortable.

These are great looking shoes. They are very narrow in the toe area, so I had to order a half size bigger than I would normally for a pump. In doing so, they are just a little big and slip slightly if I am wearing tights or hose. I just purchased a heal cushion and added it to help. If I wear them without tights or hose, they are just fine. They are very tall heals, so they do begin to hurt the ball of your foot after several hours of walking around or standing.

I love these boots. I wore them to work and everybody complimented me. Anything in the grey family catches my attention. Perfect fit and classy look with jeans or dresses.

These shoes are fantastic! I am going to wear these as my "Something Blue" in my wedding. Originally, I was a bit wary at the lack of an ankle strap. But they are cute enough for pictures, and comfortable and secure enough to dance the night away!

Great looking boot. Very comfy, but runs large. I had to send back my first order and get a half size smaller. When I ordered the same boot in black, it ran even larger, even though I ordered a half size down!

Beautiful shoe, great quality. Only complaint is it felt a little snug. I am a solid size 8 and thought the shoe was a tiny bit small. Much easier to put on with some type of leggings. Tall heel but not problem with fatigue or walking thanks to the platform on the toe.

Ordered the shoes in Pewter in size 8 1/2. The shoes are hot, very sexy. They do run a little small so I sent them back and ordered a 9 and they fit better. The heel is high, but not unmanageable. The toe strap was a little tight around the pinky toe so I wore socks and broke them in before the party I wore them to. The night of my birthday they fit great. I wore them all night and danced a lot.

These shoes are beautiful! I bought them in the purple and the color is so rich and gorgeous. Even better than in the photos. I ordered my usual size and they are just a tad snug. Not the most comfortable heel I have worn, but definitely worth buying!

Love these boots. I've had them now for about a month and wear them all the time. They aren't the most comfortable boots I've ever owned, but for the height they aren't uncomfortable. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 in a boot and returned these for a 7, which fits very well.

I've only worn these boots 4 times and one has already begun to come apart, stretch fabric running and pulling away from leather in the right boot, calf area. I do not have huge calves. The boot has been very comfortable and cute overall. I hope it's a flaw in my boot specifically and not in the manufacturing process. Zappos amazing customer service has offered to replace them, thank you Zappos.

Don't buy this boot! This shoe had the perfect look. I still can't find a boot I love more than I love the way this boot looks. It is so comfortable, too! Even though it has a high heel, the platform makes it seem less. The only issue is that the quality is crap! I wore these shoes only one time and the heel and front of the platform got torn up! For the money I paid these shoes should have been made much better. Shame on you Nine West. I have a lot of boots because I wear them every day and this is the first pair that has ever shown wear after only one time out. I'm so disappointed and wanted to make sure no one else has to go through what I did.

Overall, I'm pleased with this shoe. It is really stylish and has great color accents. I get compliments on this shoe all the time and is a great way to make a boring outfit stand out. A couple words of caution, though. The shoes are very high. I am a short person so this is great for me, but if you don't have the mettle to wear high heels, I wouldn't suggest this shoe. The shoe also felt a little narrow and stiff. Kind of hard to move. However, the bad aspects definitely do not outweigh the good.

These boots are so comfortable. I love them, but they are cut big, so order a size smaller than normal, because my heel slides a little, but nothing a cushion won't fix. I normally wear a 6 or 6 1/2, but decided to order a 5 1/2. Love them so much that I don't want to return for a smaller size

This shoe runs large, I needed to order a half size smaller than normal for it to fit. In a size 8 the heel is 2.75" high, and the circumference is 14 inches. The soft suede causes them to slip down even. Maybe some dots of nonslip glue would help. Something about the heel is unstable, and it makes my ankle wobble when I walk. The pointed toe shape is a little longer than I prefer.

I love these booties! I saw them featured last spring in InStyle or Lucky magazine (can't remember which) and had to have them. They are very comfortable (I wore them all day the first time out) and equally adorable. I got lots of compliments. I usually wear mine with dresses, but they are excellent with jeans, too. I got them in the natural color and wouldn't mind having another pair just like them, a pair for 'slummin' and a pair for work. The black would look awesome with jeans or with dresses and black tights. The leather is soft but sturdy and the heel height is perfect for me. I'm 5'9" and like a heel that is tall but not too over the top. If you ask me, this is a perfect boot. The fold over look gives them some punch, but they are still simple and classy. If you are thinking about these, order them immediately. As usual with Zappos, you'll be wearing them and loving them tomorrow! Love the bootie and love Zappos! Great combo!

A great basic pump. A little narrow in the toe area, but in general a good fit. Nice heel height. Not too tall that I can\'t walk in them, yet tall enough to be dressy.

These are very cool boots. They look awesome with leggings and jeans alike. The calf is roomy enough for a larger calf or for you ladies blessed with more slender calves, skinny jeans should fit comfortably tucked inside. The quality of the boot is very good and they appear to run true to size.

I really liked this boot, except that it felt too tight around the calf. Since I was only so-so about the boot (comfort is high on my priority list, and reducing the circulation to my feet is no good), I will return. It\\\'s a tough, lovely boot, if you have slim calves.

I love these boots! I got them in the tannish color and they're oh so comfy and cute. The leather is nice and soft and pretty. I bought them just in time for winter when they seem to be more of a springtime boot, but that's okay. They'll still be stylin' when the rain stops. The only bad thing is I barely stubbed the toe on a curb when I got out of my car and it gouged pretty good. A thicker, sturdier boot would've handled that better. Sizing was right on for me.

Finally found a boot for me! These boots are quite comfy. The rubber sole is substantive and secure to walk in. The buckle detail on the side gives the boot a great oomph factor while keeping the shoe casual. I get great toe wiggle room, too! The only drawback is that the elastic material at the back of the boot is a bit stiff and will chafe your skin on the back of your legs if you aren't wearing long socks. But if you're wearing them with skinny jeans, then no worries. Hoping that the elastic will soften over time because I'm keeping them. I am more delighted with them than not.

So cute!The shoe is so cute and is wonderfully soft. It's rather flat bottomed in the sole, so if you need arch support this won't be a boot for you. And if you are looking for rubber traction on the bottom of the shoe, you won't find it. I'm returning it because no traction is an accident waiting to happen to me.

Love the boot, but poor quality. This is one of the most comfortable pair of boots I've owned. I love the style; however, for the price, the quality is terrible. I've owned the boots for approximately a month, and the heel already has major nicks, and it is starting to separate from the shoe part of the boot. I wish the quality was better because I love everything else.
