Overall:

When my daughter recently came home from work with the black Barbe pumps from Nine West, I asked her if I could try them on, as we are both size 7. She works in an office and is sitting most of the day. I however, am on my feet, and need a pump that not only looks great with skirts and slacks alike, but is comfortable too. Let me just say that this is the shoe! It has a sexy heel that is high enough, but you won't be in pain after a full day. My daughter bought hers on Zappos, but I got mine at a discount department store for half of what she paid. I love Zappos, but just happened to see them on sale, and could not pass it up. We both wear our black Barbe pumps a few times a week to work, and even out at night. Let me say too, that if you work a full day in these and then decide to go out to dinner and to a movie, you will not regret it, as this is the perfect day into evening shoe. No need to carry a pair of black flats around with this style. Also, the size was perfect!

These are leather, in black anyway. I just noticed that now the description says suede. Nice leather, too. Still about 4.5 inches but there is about a 5/8 hidden platform in them. Plenty of room to tuck in jeans or leggings. Shiny but not patent-leather shiny. They are good for a foot that is a little wider also.

The shoe is elegant. The fit ok..sometimes Nine West is the best fit ever and other times a bit stiff in the design. These are more on the stiff side, but still pretty good and I kept them because they looked so sexy.

Its not very often that you find a high heel sandal that's good looking, comfortable and sexy. This shoe is it. I don't think I have ever been disappointed in Nine west shoes

Cute shoes! I bought these shoes in the light grey/multi, and love the way they look. Also, very comfortable - wore them all day with no rubbing or discomfort. I wore them with dress pants, but would go great with a skirt as well. Thanks Zappos!!

Featherlight - Great fitting, comfortable, true to size. Only thing I wish for, is a padded footbed...this one is hard. Overall, very nice sandal, great price too.

Just bought these shoes in black. They appear to be very good quality - expected of Nine West. The leather is very soft and pliable. They are pretty flat with little arch support, which is fine for me but others may want more support. They are perfect to wear with my dark suits for work.

I am always hesitant to purchase D’Orsay style shoes because they don’t seem to stay on my feet; however, this shoe stays firmly on my heel without rubbing. The height accentuates your legs, yet is very appropriate for the office. I am pleased with my purchase and, as always, Zappos delivered them promptly. They understand the concept of customer service.

I ordered these in a size 7. They fit just right. The heel height is 3 1/2” and feels just right. I did order this style shoe (more rounded toe) in the Chinese Laundry brand and those too were true to size. The heel height was 4 1/2" and that made the shoe feel a little uncomfortable due to that. It also made me feel like my foot was forced forward. If you are used to higher heels, those were nice though. I have to say, the quality of Nine West was noticeably nicer (much softer leather) than Chinese Laundry as well.

Great platform, light weight and comfortable. Casual enough for shorts and cute enough for jeans. I am an average size 5M and these fit perfectly. Enough platform so you don’t feel like you will kill yourself either.

Love these boots, exactly what I was looking for! I do have skinny calves so they are a bit big, but I was able to pull them tighter with the strap. They fit true to size and are very comfortable, I get a lot of compliments when I wear them. Zappos service of course once again was AMAZING! I have not purchased a pair of shoes from anywhere else in over 5 years. They are the best and I will continue shopping with them forever!!! Thank you!!

This is a really nice boot for the price, very comfortable fit in the foot and not too high of a heel, but it could be a little more snug in the calf. This boot is nice with pants, but doesn’t come up high enough on the knee to work with a skirt and the shaft tends to slouch a bit.

Nice looking shoe, didn't stay on - Though if anything these shoes were too short, they still slipped off my heel. Very cute, but I needed to return them. They run either true or small.

Excellent walking sandal since all the straps keep them well in place. Great padding along the sole. The only problem is that the upper two buckles are so far to the rear of the sandal that it makes it a real challenge to fasten them. I will only wear them when I know they will be on all day because of those buckles.

Love these shoes! They are very comfortable. It's important to note that I wear them indoors only so I'm not walking on the city streets for hours in them. They are very true to the picture. You will not be disappointed.

I was looking for a great suede bootie to go with legging for Fall, but didn’t want to spend a fortune. These are fabulous! True to size; great heel height and you can walk all day long in them, they’re so comfortable. I’ve received many compliments.

I got these boots in the brown and they are so attractive, I got a ton of compliments on them the first time I wore them to work. They look great with dresses or jeans. The brown is a nice dark brown. Most of all these are SUPER comfortable. I love the rubber bottoms because they aren’t noisy at all and they aren’t slippery, you can even run in them if you need to catch the bus! I am a size 8 and these were true to size 100%. I am waiting for my size to be available in black!

LOVE these shoes! Nine West in general has wonderful style and fit for the price. These shoes have been my go to shoes for when I need to look nice and they work with just about any outfit be it dressy or more casual with jeans. I added some insoles for heels so I could wear them all day...

These shoes are the best fashion accessory that I currently own - jewelry included!! I say that because every time I wear them, someone tells me how pretty they are (actually, they usually say "wow, those shoes are totally cool looking). I could be wearing diamonds on my neck, wrist, fingers, and ears, but they mention the shoes. That's what I call a fashion statement! The fit is good (they're high, so of course there's that "oh, I've been wearing these shoes too long for them to be comfortable any longer" feeling...but I expect that)

These boots look even cuter in person than they do online. I have a more narrow foot and they fit me true to size. The shaft is a soft, slouchier suede, but I love that look so for me they are perfect. The inside of this boot feels more like a dress shoe than a casual boot, so you may need an insert if your feet get sore in shoes like mine do.

I got these on sale thinking they would be a cheaper alternative to my favorite- Uggs. They don’t keep my feet as toasty as my Uggs, even though the synthetic fur lining covers the inside of the boot completely, except the insole which is manmade material. They are cute boots, but the footbed is a little wider than I expected. I have a narrow foot, and my heel slips a bit in these, but with a pair of thick socks they feel ok. The shaft fits my larger calf comfortably, however, I don’t know if I would buy these again. I would probably just spend the extra $ and get my toasty comfy Uggs.
