I bought these shoes for my upcoming wedding in May. I wasn't sure about the bow but once I received them, the bow is tiny and adds a bit of elegance to the shoe. I know the product info. says the heel is 3 1/4" but when I went to get my dress altered. The lady measured the heel of my shoe and it measured 3 1/2". It doesn't feel like 3 1/2". The shoe is so comfortable. You have to break them in though, so don't get discouraged when you first get them.

Brands I'd also recommend: All Nina shoes!

I just received these shoes the other day and let me tell you they are adorable! I am getting married in June and they are going to look perfect with my wedding dress! They are really comfortable, too. I am an 8 1/2 and I ordered that size and they fit like a glove!

This shoe is perfect. I bought the Nina electra first and the heel was way too high for me. I then saw this shoe and purchased it right away. Customer service was so good about the exchange and even shipped my new shoe before getting the original. The forbes is very comfortable and very feminine. The heel is perfect as is the shoe. These shoes were super cute but unfortunately terribly uncomfortable. They were stiff and I found it very rough along the edges. They might work if you break them in and then wear stockings. I just returned them.

This shoe is so beautiful, the ivory matched perfectly with the color of my dress. Unfortunately these are going back because my normal size 9 was too tight in the heel area, it was really hard to walk. The weird thing is that I ordered my size 9 in another Nina shoe, the Electra, and they fit perfect! But the Forbes is such a good choice if you don't want a really high heel. The bow is a perfect touch, it's not too girlie. I love the fact, too, the shoes come in the box wrapped in plastic and have a plastic shoe insert to keep its shape and that it also come with a pink shoe bag! I ordered my shoes last night and received them today! Great service.

After much research, I found that the Nina brand would probably be the best shoe for my narrow feet. I bought these in an 8.5 (I normally wear a 9) in ivory and they were perfect. The peep-toe showed just enough toe to be cute, and didn't pinch. I'll be wearing them for my July wedding, and wanted something a little vintage-y. These shoes will probably prove to be one of the smartest choices I make for the wedding!

They are simple but elegant, which is exactly what I wanted. The ivory is beautiful and the heel is not too high. I wear between an 8 & 8 1/2 ( depending on brands) so I originally ordered an 8 but could barely fit my foot in it. The 8 1/2 fit perfectly and they upgraded my shipping for free!

I love these shoes! I'm wearing them in my wedding with my dress that is ivory and also has a bow on it. They're the perfect material I think too - not too shiny, but still a formal looking fabric. They're cute and simple, yet nice. I usually wear a 7 or a 7.5, but for these I ordered a 7 and they fit well. I haven't worn them for extended time yet, but they seem comfortable at first.

Love this shoe. I searched and searched for the perfect shoe to wear at my wedding, and I couldn't be more pleased with this one. Color is great, and the gold bottom is perfect. So pretty and classic. I actually ordered 2 pairs from Zappos and returned the other one (for free of course) which Zappos makes So easy and yet another reason why I love buying from Zappos.

This shoe was surprisingly comfortable! The insole has good padding on it to protect the balls of your feet and unlike most peep-toe shoes it did not hurt my big toe. The height of the heel is perfect so that it angles your foot to put the weight on the balls of your feet rather than letting your foot slide into the front of the shoe and placing all the weight on your toes. I also ordered the Nina Culver shoe w/c has a shorter heel b/c I was looking for comfort but the height and angle jammed my toes into the front of the shoe. In this case the higher heel of the Nina Forbes was actually more comfortable! I was able to wear these shoes for about 5-6 hours (but only one hour of dancing) during my wedding. The material can feel a little stiff at first so I recommend wearing them around the house to stretch them out a bit. The style is so cute that I bought a pair in navy blue too! As for fit, I think they run a tiny bit big. I have an average-to-wide foot and usually wear an 8.5 but in this case the 8 fit perfectly!

I really want to give Zappos credit for putting up with me and my 32 year old but now orthopedic feet - I've purchased and returned 4 or 5 pairs online, never had trouble returning them (and never had to pay for shipping!). I have flat, wide feet with bunions and plantar fasciitis, so I am banished to the unattractive orthopedic shoe realm forever - but for my wedding ceremony, I really wanted a little something special. Like other reviewers stated, these are actually better made and more comfortable than some of the lower heels I tried. They're classy and elegant and match my wedding dress perfectly. I gave a 4 for comfort just because they're 3 inch heels and I know I realistically won't be able to wear them all night. Thanks Zappos.

I ordered these shoes for my wedding in May and I absolutely love them! They are a perfect match to my ivory gown and the bow is just the right touch: enough so it's not too plain but not too much that it takes away from the gown. The heel height is not too high for a shoe that I plan to wear most, if not all, of the day/night. I followed the advice of previous reviews and ordered the half size smaller; normally I'm an 8 but I ordered the 7 1/2 and they fit perfectly.

I purchased this shoe to wear for my wedding because the heel didn't seem too high and the bow looked exactly like what my bridesmaids will have on the shoulder of their dresses. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and can't wait to wear them down the aisle! The shoes are comfortable and fashionable. They are also a perfect shade of ivory. The bow was a little different than I expected, it is not stiff like it seems in the picture. It is a little softer than I thought it would be. Overall I would gladly recommend them to a friend.
