I bought these to replace a similar pair of Nike trainers. I use them primarily for going to the gym (other than running), and for doing the Insanity cardio workout. They look really cool and are lightweight but the insoles are terrible. The first time I did Insanity in these my arches started hurting almost immediately. I've since replaced the insoles, which are glued in, with ones from an older pair of trainers and I'm very happy. So beware if you are planning on doing any aerobic/cardio stuff that involves jumping around, you'll want to replace the insoles.

I bought these for my daughter about 2 days ago. She complained about her arches hurting after a short run. I replaced the insoles (which are glued in) with athletic insoles with cushioning and arch support. Nike should know better!

Really awesome shoe. I ordered mine a half a size up just to be sure and it fits great. The heel is really bouncy and there's enough support to feel like you're wearing a shoe but a very flexible one. The bottom of these are also a little denser then the Free versions which make it longer lasting to hit the pavement or gym floor. All in all had these shoes for over a month and I'm really impressed with them too. They look/work great!

I agree with others in the insole is not very good for this shoe (not much cushion); however, I use this shoe for one of my kick boxing classes that also requires lateral movement and it works fine.

These are my second pair of Flex Trainers. I love how light they are. They also feel like they mold to my foot nicely. I use them for walking and tennis. I have to say I usually gravitate to the Shox, but these have really changed my opinion. I feel barefoot wearing them. My only problem with them is if it rains, my socks get wet from the mesh holes. That's the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars for overall/style but definitely 5 stars for comfort.

Good shoe, but narrower than I was hoping for. Not a lot of cushion to the insole. I admit, I am picky when it comes to shoes! I love the color and style so I will keep them, just not for working out. Hope this helps!

This is a great shoe! It's super light. I use it for Zumba and it gives me a lot of lateral support which is important. I always wear Nike because they run small and I have narrow feet.

I use these shoes for kickboxing and I'm in love with them. The blue version comes with pink laces which look really great on the shoe. They're very lightweight and flexible; I have no problem moving around. They also vent pretty well and my feet are never uncomfortably warm. I've had some trouble with one shoe, as the colored parts of the sole are starting to peel off (after wearing them during five indoor classes), but I just super glued it as I don't want to bother returning them.

Bought these shoes and I love them! They don't have the same support as my running shoes but that's mostly because they were designed for "training". I love that they included a different color shoe lace to add because I can diversify the look of the shoe. Very comfortable but not for running since the support is limited. Good for bootcamps, aerobic classes, working out at the gym.

I just got these shoes yesterday, and due to getting blisters on my heels from a new pair of Asics shoes, I had to run in these today for a fitness test. They are so comfortable and they look good. (I received compliments on them too.) The only thing I will say is that I have to wear orthotics in all my shoes, so I always have arch support thanks to those. Without the orthotics, there does not seem to be a lot of arch support. But for my purposes, I love them. Plus I got free 1 day shipping! It's also a nice peace of mind to know that if they don't fit for whatever reason I can return them for free. I am very satisfied with zappos.com and my sister will be ordering her shoes from here too.

This is a fantastic, lightweight crosstrainer. Completely feel supported during my Insanity workouts. When jumping like that, the lighter the shoe, the better.

These shoes are really comfy. I went running today in them and, unlike some shoes, after several minutes my feet did not start burning. I am a bit flat-footed, so my arches usually burn when running. These shoes had the right amount of arch support without being uncomfortable. The Nike Flex Trainers are also extremely light like many Nike shoes nowadays, so they are easy to carry around with you. The pink, grey, and black color scheme are stylish and girly. The only downside to these shoes are that they are a bit odd feeling at first and that the shoelaces are a little short. I like to run when I feel like it, but these shoes make me want to run even more.

I ordered these to wear to the gym for walking on the treadmill and doing circuit training. The price was right and they looked cute enough online. I was shocked when they arrived. They are much prettier in person! Always a good thing. They are also extremely comfortable and I put the aqua laces in, per my four year old daughter's request, and they look snazzy.=

I bought these because I was looking for a less expensive shoe to wear to Zumba and boot camp at my gym. In 2 days, the bottom of the shoe started to come apart and now I can't even wear them! Don't buy! Such a waste of money! Now I have to buy another pair of shoes.

I just got these shoes tonight at Olympia Sports. They were by far the most attractive looking ones there! But when I put them on, the way they looked didn't even matter anymore because I was sure I was buying them because of their amazing comfort and arch support that they provide. The Nike flex are by far the best pair of sneakers that I probably ever bought! And I also like sticking with Nikes because I have a narrow foot and Nike has narrow in width shoes. But, make sure to ask for at least a half size more than you usually are and work off of there because they run really small. Anyways, In all these are really great shoes. When I begin working out and running in them I will post another review saying how they actually work...but so far, so good! I hope I helped and I would seriously ask that if you are looking for a new pair of sneaker, to try these. Free shipping and low price! Plus try to collect any coupons you can get because they can make a huge impact on your total cost. Like I had a coupon and it helped tons and I ended up only being charged a lot less. Sweet deal! Check them out it's so worth it, you'll love them!
