Love these shoes. Break-in period was about one day at a semi pro football tryout. Very stiff so there is great energy transfer. Grip on artificial turf is outstanding. Fit true to size. Definitely would get another pair.

I had the 10 year old model of this shoe which finally wore out. The new shoe is not nearly as good. The old one was made with better materials, better ventilated using mesh, fit me better, and had more nubs on the sides. Still, this is the only turf shoe I can find that gets traction on the side of the shoe which is essential to change directions. I use it for outdoor grass doubles volleyball.

I thought this shoe looked pretty cool and would be a good turf shoe. It did look fine out of the box, but once you try it on it disappoints. First the material of the shoe is extremely stiff and feels like cheap tough plastic. Also, there is a padded nub on the inside of the back of the shoe (over the heel). I can't figure out why this is here and it made the shoe unwearable for me. This nub is right under the area where the heel straps are so it might be some support issue for that, but nonetheless, it chafes against your foot.
