My son has only been wearing these shoes for about a month (and not daily) and the stitching at the toe has already come apart. The construction hasn't held up to this 4.5 year old boy!
Love these shoes for my son who has extra wide feet. They work for him - they are incredible endurable and they are reasonably priced. Especially love Zappos!
This really is an "extra wide" shoe. It's wider then any other shoe I have found. Perfect for my son who needs a wide toe box. He likes the style too.
Bummed we had to send these back: they're lightweight and reasonably comfortable but my daughter thought they looked like a hiking shoe when she wore them. They're lower cut in the back which may have given her that impression. We exchanged them for another New Balance style.
Cool and stylish shoe that I purchased for my 3 year old son. They are super cute and go with everything. I also love how well they hide dirt and that he can put them on all by himself! Great purchase. They look like a hipper version of the 993s!

I have a 5 year old with very wide feet; really hard to find comfortable shoes for him. These in the wide size were perfect.
I just got them and they seem to be perfect. My daughter is two with extra wide feet and we got these shoes in wide. The soft mesh had her feet inserted into the shoe within seconds. I just wish they came with Velcro.
The laces on the shoe ripped through the cloth eyelet in the first week. This is not a good design. Luckily, Zappos let us keep the defective shoes for free.
I really love these shoes. Are the third pair that I have bought for my son. Are so comfortable and the Velcro is great for toddler.
My 3 year old daughter loves these shoes. They are super comfortable and easy for her to put on and off. The picture is a little confusing because it looks like they are camo when they are not.
Loved the shoe, especially the colors. My daughter has to wear orthotics, so I needed shoes that were wide, and these came in extra wide. The best part is they were cute! Will be buying next size up.

Have a very active 9 year boy with wide feet. This is the 2nd pair we bought. Shoes hold up great! First pair still in good condition almost 9 months later.
The extra wide shoes are hard to come by and this is a nice looking shoe for a kid with super wide feet. After a month, I'm seeing some loose strings in odd places (on the top of the shoe) but it doesn't appear that this will lead to a premature replacement of the shoes.
Overall, these are wonderful shoes! They seem to have great arch support, plenty of cushion and plenty of space so her toes are not being rubbed against the sides of the shoes. The only negative is that they seem to run half a size smaller than marked. I made a quick call to Zappos and exchanged them for a size up to be safe.
Great shoe! This shoe is true to size and my 4 year old loves it! It looks like a "big boy" shoe as he puts it. The velcro closure is great. Purchased similar shoes in the past & velcro didn't hold up making shoe unwearable. The velcro on this shoe is superior (and it saves me lots of time from having to tie and re-tie shoe laces!).
My 5-year-old loves them. It was impossible to find a wide-width cleat for t-ball last year, so he wore sneakers. This year, thanks to New Balance and Zappos, he gets to wear fast shoes like the rest of his team.
