Zappos.com is awesome. I ordered a pair of shoes that is no longer made by New Balance and Zappos sent them to me the very next day...great service!

This shoe is unbelievable. I have been a Nike guy for nearly 15 years so I was a bit skeptical about getting a new balance. I usually spend a lot for Nikes and I felt like that was the norm. Needless to say, I didn't expect much from the NBC M574. Wow, was I wrong! I put this pair on and walked around the house for 3o minutes. I was having a toe-gasm with every step. I didn't want to take them off. I am on my feet for 8-10 hours a day in a high paced work environment and this is going to be my go-to shoe for years to come. The fit is perfect(2E) and the support is just right. Thank you Zappos and thank you NB. So long Nike.

Love these shoes! Like other reviews said, they're lightweight and super comfortable. I border between a 10 1/2 and 11, but I ordered the 11 because some reviews said to do so. They were right. A 10 1/2 would've been too small. My 11's fit perfectly! I'm going to order another pair.

I have worn a version of this shoe 1999, 2000, 2001 for years. It is the only shoe for my under pronation foot. Since the 2001 went out of production, my feel have suffered terribly for years. I tried the 2002 but the NB change in style did not fit my unchanged foot. After numerous brands, I just noticed that the M2000 is back! My feet after 2 days of wearing are healed (no more numbness in left toes, etc). I hope they keep the M2000 in stock but just in case I am going to stock up myself.

This New Balance is comfortable, supportive and very attractive. I am always looking for a shoe to help me with nerve pain from Morton's Neuroma and this makes my foot pain free. My 27 year old daughter says the 574 is a great look for me and for her age group. She approves and this matters to me as she is always worried I will wear old lady shoes! Not these, very cool.

These are cheaply made! They are imported and low quality. I have worn New Balance in the past and enjoyed them. I bought these for everyday wear in October and less than three months later the side material was tearing away.

Great pair of shoes. I love them and they are very comfortable. Would buy another pair.

I liked the look of this shoe when I received it. There is not any arch support to speak of, so I took out the thin removable insole and instead wear it with my pink super feet which adds a lot of comfort. I think these look better covered (full length jeans or trousers versus skirts or crops) because the side dips down a lot. You see a lot of even the lowest cut, no-show sock. I haven't gotten to protecting them yet but read that a spray with fabric protector will keep dark colored denim from rubbing off on the shoe and making it discolored. All in all, I'm happy that I purchased these and I will keep them and wear them throughout the spring.

I am a runner and I purchased these shoes in support of my workout routine. I would not recommend this shoe for runners because it does not provide enough comfort or support when running miles. The shoes is very cute though, but not has supportive to my feet as I expected. If looking for a running shoe, I would recommend something with a much softer sole.

What a great "shoe". Plenty of cushion under forefoot and heel and no irritating rubbing on back of heel. Great for walking, shopping and goofing around. It took a while but I finally found a great shoe. The wide is truly a wide. Zappos is the best!

Cute, comfy, looks good with my jeans. Not much in the way of arch support, but I don't wear them for intense walking.

These shoes are true to size and fit extremely well. They are very comfortable for long days (I wear them for 12 hour shifts at a hospital) and I can't believe how lightweight they are. They're pretty cute too and aren't bulky like regular tennis shoes.

These sneakers remind me of High School...in the late 1970's to early 1980's. Lightweight, comfortable...and, yes, "retro." But what's not to love? They hold up well...don't drag you down and give great support!

Purchased this sneaker for my son and he absolutely loves it. He wears them for walking; the fit is great. Zappos has the best return policy. I am a big fan of Zappos, keep up the good customer service.

I love these shoes! They're unbelievably comfortable without the "clown feet" appearance of some athletic shoes. Admittedly, I don't use them for running, so I have no idea how they would perform. They are, however, super lightweight and nice looking for knocking around!

Good overall but they feel slightly larger than marked. I would recommend ordering a half size smaller than you're used to wearing. Otherwise you'll find that your socks get eaten.

I ordered these awesome classics early Tuesday morning and received them mid-day Wednesday! I love Zappos. I really needed these comfortable sneakers for work.

I bought these shows for work (I work 8-10h long shifts were I'm on my feet all the time). The shoes are very comfortable, I bought the EE wide version. They are a great for work and I like the vintage flavor.

I love this shoe. Runs small. They don't have the half size I need.
