I thought Naturalizer was an old lady brand, so I was hesitant to buy these for fear I'd moved into that category at 47. I wanted an easy slip-on shoe with tons of comfort, but that also could be dressed up. I wanted to wear them with dresses and jeans. This is the shoe. It wears like a house slipper, looks as smooth as a classy ballet slipper. I feel smart wearing these shoes. Not old lady, but hip young free-spirit.

I love this shoe. I had to purchase 3 pairs in order to get the right size. Great job for Zappos. They didn't care - free shipping back and forth until I got it right.

These shoes are so comfortable! I bought them for the comfort factor but they are actually pretty darn cute. I wear a 10.5 (42) and have narrow feet and these fit me perfectly.

Lovely and comfortable shoes and fast delivery! This is my second pair of brown Referees - I wore the first one out wearing them every day for two years. I also love that Naturalizer does half sizes above size 10 (I wear 10.5).

I love the look and feel of these shoes. They were super comfy from the moment I put them on and they have been well-tested because I took them on a recent trip which involved lots of walking all day; city streets, college campuses, trains, subways you name it - all kinds of weather, too, including some rain. The shoes remained very comfortable all day and I love that you can slip them on or off so easily. I have worn them mostly without stockings but look and feel good even with thin stockings/socks. They look cute, too, with jeans, pants, skirts, shorts. Just one thing, I'm sometimes an 8 and sometimes an 8.5. I first ordered them in black in an 8.5 and they were too loose so I returned them and got the 8 s instead which fit perfectly. I also think the brown looks much better than the black.

I love this shoe! Comfortable right out of the box, I wish Naturalizer would make them in more colors - how about red or purple or green, please? I wish all shoes felt this good!

True to size (I'm a 7.5 W and that's what fit), comfortable, and stylish. My only complaint is that there's not much arch support in the shoes. But I just bought a pair of superfeet for dress shoes, and now they're great.

I have this in two colors. Super comfortable and versatile. I bought the first pair (a navy/brown combo that must be discontinued), and was so happy with them that when I saw the second pair in brown a few months later, I snatched them up. I paid much less than Zappos price, but I'd be happy with them at this price, too. Comfortable at my normal size with no socks, and I can wear thin socks with them, too, but not thick.

Nice shoe; the center seam is a lot more obvious than I thought it would be. I really needed a brown shoe that fit and could be comfortable giving speeches on my feet. This works perfectly for my uses.

So comfortable! My office is ceramic tile throughout so I needed a shoe that was quiet and comfortable. This is it! I look forward to the days I get to wear them because they are so comfortable. So glad I bought them.

I love this shoe. I had purchased it in black a while ago and when I saw it in the brown, I snatched it up. It is a great, casual shoe that works well with both skirts and pants. I have really high arches and can't really wear shoes without support and flexibility. These shoes have both - I can wear them all day (straight from the box) and not have any problems.

These shoes are even better than I expected! Zappos also is fantastic because the shoes were unavailable in my size and color and they found a pair for me! Thanks to other Zappos reviewers, I bought a half size larger for a perfect fit! Super cute shoes.

These shoes are very comfortable. The leather is soft and flexible. The linking is also soft and doesn't irritate my feet (I wear these without socks). The only thing that would make them better is if it had a thicker, cushier sole.

I love these shoes! I got a brown pair over 2 years ago and wore them to shreds. (Although they're still wearable, just a little trashed looking, therefore not good for work anymore). I finally found another pair on Zappos.com, and I got them in both black and brown. They're great for standing and walking, which makes them exceptional travel shoes. I've worn them all over the world, and gotten tons of complements on them. Totally recommended.
