Overall:

I have two different sized feet (8 & 8.5) a hemi-toe implant and wide feet with bunion surgery x3. Needless to say, shoe shopping online is tought. Glad I took a chance with these, ordered 8.5 (C/Wide) and with an sole insert in the smaller foot they fit great. The C wide enough but if you are between wide and extra-wide I would order down. They are wonderful, comfortable with a nice stable heel but still look stylish. I wore them for 5 hours straight, a record for me. Highly recommend.

I love this boot. The leather is soft and looks expensive. It does run a bit long. I usually wear an 8.5 and the 8 fits with a bit of room to spare. The do come in Narrow but it is more of an A instead of AA but that leave enough width and length for a light sock. It\'s a great flat boot. I may buy it in another color.

These shoes are great. They are so comfortable right out of the box. The leather is so soft and the look great with jeans, leggings or skirts. They are true to size. I don\'t like feeling squeezed in my shoes and in these I do not feel like that at all. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Not only do I love these boots, but the entire Zappos experience every time I order anything. Returns are easy, and the customer service is second to none! As I wear a size 11 womens, it is not always easy to find fashionable shoes in my size in the stores, however, I can always count on finding anything I want at Zappos!

Forget heels, I've been wearing these shoes with dresses, jeans and dress pants since the day they arrived. I was searching and searching for a flat (but not ballet flat with no support) black shoe for so long. I wanted something comfortable, but more fashionable than sneakers, and this is it. A little heel and great arch support, but can tromp around NYC in them for 8+ hours with no blisters and no sore feet. I am tempted to buy another pair in my size right now so I have a back up pair when these wear out.

These boots look pretty good; the only thing is I began to wonder if it looked a little like a rain boot. Something about the mix of the leather and suede made me think this. My calves are 18 inches wide and I was able to zip these up but I admit I had to squeeze into them a little. I even ordered these in a size 10 when I wear a 9 figuring I would get the widest possible calf. It is so hard to find stylish flat boots with wide calves so I plan to keep these even though I wish they zipped up with more ease. For at least 5 years I continue to search for my perfect wide calf boot and I will say Naturalizer is the one that always seems to come the closest.

I liked the way these looked and felt. They had a youthful appearance and even my daughters approved of the style! Unfortunately I had to change to flats halfway through a wedding reception as they became uncomfortable through the toe area. I do have some foot problems so that may not happen to others.

I bought these to wear to a wedding and was comfortable the entire night ! Naturalizer is known for comfort and these really deliver. I am thinking about ordering them in silver also. As usual, Zappos has great shoes and the best customer service ever.

Cute shoe, but felt I needed to write a review because they are narrow. If it weren't for that, I would keep them and like them, but for what is supposed to be a comfortable shoe they are too tight to wear, even for a few minutes.

Almost didn't buy these boots because I thought the price was a little bit out of my comfort range. Oh my! Am I glad that I did! They are so comfortable, the shaft is plenty wide, they aren't tight around the ankle. Able to wear them for a long period of time and they look really great with a skirt or jeans. Great heel height (I like a little higher, but they are fine). If not so expensive, I would buy these in brown, also. Great purchase!

Loving these boots! I was about ready to give up on tall shaft bootmakers who claim their boots will fit wide calf girls like myself, until I found these! The boots are stylish and very comfortable. I've received a lot of compliments. The only down side is that the top of the boot does have that stretchy material (to help fit the widest part of the leg) and in my opinion, that's sort of a cheap way to do it, but at least they fit good and the faux crocodile and buckle help disguise the stretch band. The leather is supple and doesn't bulge out at the ankles like some tall boots do. These are a must for everyone's fall wardrobe.

Footbed is incredibly soft and arch support is great. They rub a little bit on the top of the foot. Maybe something to do with the elastic criss-cross pressing down on the top of the shoe. Maybe it's my foot. Absent that minor problem, I imagine the shoe will be very good for walking. Hopefully I'll develop a callous. All in all, the shoe is worth the money. They're true to size and width and are well-constructed.

Oooo! I love these boots! I am so happy! I've been looking forever for a cute pair of short boots that look dressy, but have a low heel. These boots have a 1" kitten heel, and it's adorable. There are silver grommets around the top with leather laced through, and I discovered that this leather can be tightened for a completely different look that's as cute as can be. I have terrible feet, but I think that I could put these on and wear them all day with no problem. I wear a hard-to-find 12, and these run a tad longer than some 12s. They are also more narrow than some, but not overly so. I love these boots! Thanks, Zappos!

Thought the boot ran true to size and width. A little stiff but think it will loosen up once broken in. A nice basic boot of medium quality.

Purchased 2 pair. This is the best boot I ever owned. Comfortable to stand in all day, stylish enough to wear with dress pants or jeans. I wish I could get another pair, but my size is sold out! I can\'t find anything that compares.

I returned this shoe because there was so much fabric/leather around the ankle that it looked, big, bulky, and unattractive. Boots are supposed to enhance your legs, not detract from them. Too bad, because it is otherwise a cute, well-priced boot.

Comfortable shoe, but no arch support. I have wide, flat feet and really need as much arch support as I can get so I purchased them in extra wide and put a thin orthotic insert in. I wish they made fashionable orthotic shoes!

I have tons of trouble finding comfortable boots that fit my "athletic" calves, but also hate to sacrifice fashion for comfort. I can wear these all day without pain, and they are fashionable enough to look cute with dresses, pants and skirts. Good value, and Zappos service as always is top notch!

Per Zappos' suggestion, I wore the shoes at home for a few days. Now I wear them at work frequently, where I am on my feet a lot. They go well with skirts and pants, and have style. They also have a good heel, enough to give a little height but not enough to be uncomfortable.

I bought these shoes in a 12 wide and I had to check the box to make sure they were wide. Definitely not for those with wider feet. Funny because I bought a pair of boots from this same company and those are so roomy I need to wear thin socks with them. Why, oh why, don't companies stick to using one last for all their shoes so we could just buy from the company that fits our feet. In the olden days, and for the rich, a shoemaker makes a last of your foot and uses that to make all of your shoes. The color is sort of red-purple and the suede shredded off where I drive on the first day. Where, oh where, are the cute quality shoes?

I just returned from a 5 day trip to Europe and brought the Jardis boot as my "secondary" shoe. I figured I would wear them with a skirt or out at night. My main shoe was a low oxford type bootie. Well, it became obvious very quickly that the Jardis was the front runner. They are super comfortable and look great, plus, even though not advertised as waterproof, they kept my feet dry and warm despite several heavy Amsterdam downpours. My other shoes were soaked within minutes. I admit to having very hard to fit feet, they are wide, I have wide calves and a bunion to boot (no pun intended!). I feel like I have found my elusive "New York" shoe-you know, the one you can wear all day and night and be super comfy but still look very stylish. I am thrilled! Plus all the women in Amsterdam were wearing high boots with jeans or leggings so I fit right in. Love them, love Zappos!
