I have problem feet and am recovering from surgery. I needed a shoe that was dressy enough to wear in the evening, but comfortable enough for my swollen foot. These were great. Very comfortable and accommodating for the bad foot.

Very pretty but not what I was looking for - The styling on this shoe is superb, I love the look immensely. However I was looking for a shoe that I could stand in all day and these were just too firm.

This is a very pretty and comfortable sandal. Previously I had ordered this in my regular size. I returned it because I felt it ran too large. When I decided to reorder, I ordered a size smaller and it is just right. This sandal does not feel heavy or bulky, and I am pleased with it. I have worn it 4-5 hours at a time while working retail and being on my feet constantly.

I bought a black pair last summer and the golden-mocha pair this year. They fit true-to-size and have a well-padded foot bed. Both straps have a velcro closing, so it’s easy to adjust the width and for those of us that have difficulty bending, etc., they are easy to put on/take off. This is my third pair of NAOT shoes and I love them all. They last a long time, look good, and you don’t need to "break them in" because they are comfortable right-out-of-the-box. Zappos has a great customer service policy... because we are always right! You can’t beat the free S&H and the free returns/exchanges.

Positively the best in sandals. Being flat footed, the arch support in this shoe couldn’t be better. They attract lots of attention. So stylish and comfortable. What more can you ask for?

This shoe is fantastic--great comfort, good arch support, and very stylish. I have been looking for a summer sandal that was smart looking, yet comfortable and good for walking--I found it! The two adjustable straps are a big bonus!

I love these sandals! Shoes have been a problem for me since bunion surgery several years ago. I discovered the Naot brand awhile back in closed shoes. Ariats are also very comfortable in a clog type shoe, but not the sandals. I bought three pair of Naot sandals and love them all. Very comfortable and cute, with enough of a heel to wear with longish jeans.

Very comfortable and classic. An excellent sandal for summer pants or skirts, even shorts. Very appropriate for work environments where more open sandals may be too much (I work at a medical center and would see patients wearing these). Naot 39 is a good 8B (slightly larger than a typical US 8 in sandals, may be a 1/4 point, 81/4). Naot’s wedges are really the best summer casual sandals, in terms of comfort for the height, durability, and versatility. They do look elegant and somewhat sexy as well. Overall, an excellent sandal.

Understated elegance. Without begging for attention, the subtle taupe color works well with nearly all my summer clothes. My only caution: walking takes a bit of getting used to, and at least in my case, pushing my foot forward more than I do in most sandals. Perhaps unsuitable for the 9-5, but beautiful for dressing up a bit; adds that "je en sais quoi" that makes me feel I'm particularly soigné and well dressed. Fits true to my size 7M.

Almost, but not quite - This is a nice shoe, but not worth the price. Almost dressy... but not quite. The arch support is decent, but falls short for someone who needs a really supportive shoe. The straps also are a bit loose on my thin foot/ankle. The footbed does seem true to width. However, the texture of the footbed is such that the skin tends to stick it so that it makes kind of an obnoxious noise when walking. Maybe for half the price I would have kept these shoes, but overall I'm disappointed given the steep price.

At first I wasn’t sure if they would be right for me, but after wearing them around the house several hours, I decided they were gonna be great. I have had foot problems lately (I am a massage therapist) and need real good arch support and good over all support. So far so good. They are also very cute and go with almost anything. They are a lot of money, but it is worth it to me!

I had high hopes for these sandals, as I have a pair of regular shoes that are Naots. I ordered the Tango, as I have multiple problems with my feet and my doctor recommended this brand for me. I tried the shoes on last evening upon receiving them and wore them around the house for a bit. Much to my disappointment, the two top straps were too tight and pinched the side of my foot & pinky toe. Only the bottom strap has some elastic to allow for some stretch and mobility. The top two straps made the shoe very uncomfortable. (The footbed felt fine.) Sadly enough, these are going back to Zappos through their no trouble return policy. I should receive my exchanged pair tomorrow (Naot Karaoke).

Whew! Another winner from Naot and Zappos! These shoes are very comfortable...right out of the box. Naot size has never been better. These sandals are snug where they should be snug, offer very good arch support, and are comfortable all day long. I work as a chaplain in a long-term care facility and am on my feet roughly 8 to 10 hours per day. The look is great! Have gotten compliments from residents and staff alike. Thanx for a job well done!

I ordered these in the matte black. At first, I thought they felt great except I did notice that they are not flexible. As I wore them for a few hours, the toe strap started to rub on me. For a shoe this expensive, I expected it to feel great from the start. Not so.

Love this sandal! I find myself reaching for this shoe whether I'm wearing capris or a summery dress. They are dressy, yet casual too, and very comfortable. They run true to size. The combination of leather/patent leather with the crystal ornamentation gives the shoe even more visual interest!

Nice shoe, but... I really liked this shoe (love the Naot brand), but it was way too generous under the front strap area. Literally, it bagged about a 1/2" above my foot. If someone has chunky feet, this style would work well. Too bad for me, but this one has to go back.

I bought this shoe because I wanted a clog that was dressier and more feminine than Danskos. They are very well made and comfortable compared to a dress shoe with similar heel height, but please be aware that they are still a little clunky.

The Naot Marissa is very comfortable and stylish for a flat. Just the right amount of bling for this middle-age foot. It does run a bit small. Next time I'll order up (I'm an 8 1/2-more often than not, the 8 fit fine).

WOW! Comfortable shoe! Wore it for the first time and ended up walking a mile in city blocks - no problem! Ordered so I could insert my custom orthotics, but not sure I will need them!
