Terrible Shoe!
I've worn this shoe in black faille for 6-8 months and it still pinches my toes and causes blisters and calluses. (I wear a quad A.) The dye of the lining also rubs off and colors my toes black. The faille material does not hold up and began to look worn and tired very soon after I started wearing it. There isn't enough shoe to hold my foot securely. I threw them out.

Beautiful shoe -
I bought the black faille and it's beautiful and stylish in person. I don't think it runs small - I wear either a 6.5 or 7 and the 7 was too big for me in this shoe. Comfortable enough, but I agree with the previous reviewer, not so much after wearing all day.

Bought the black faille; it's sooo stylish and comfortable. This shoe is great for narrow feet. It goes with just about anything in the black and tortoise. This is great for lunch, church and comfortable enough for shopping in style.

I love Weitzman's shoes. Run 1/2 size small, order up. Comfortable when trying them on, but not so much after wearing them all day.

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
